The staff are easy to work with. I just received a upper set and getting them to fit has been a process. I’ve been back 3 times to adjust. Sometimes it takes a day or two to see what isn’t quite fitting right. They have listened to me and corrected.

It is good to know that some of the patients are having a good experience. Unfortunately I am one of the patients who did not. I know making money for the business is the main priority, but it should not be the only priority. Treating people inhumanly and as if their dental problems are not important is not a morally correct way to run a business. Some of the workers could use some training on professionalism and good comunication. Although, if a person was hired to treat people like they are nobody and nothing they will continue to be paid well to maintain that type of behavior for the business. Certain workers should not be choosing which patients they want to be nice and professional to and which patients they pretend to be nice and professional to. They should learn to be nice and professional to all patients because it is the right thing to do.

Took my daughter in for a cleaning and the dentist came in and said he needed to do some light scrapping to clean. He then starts doing a full force deep cleaning without numbing her mouth at all and trying to hold her down while she was crying in pain. I had to step in and move his equipment before anymore damage was done to my daughters mouth. She has been going to an orthodontist for over a year on monthly visits and they never once said her mouth was that bad. Now we are at an emergency room to see a real doctor and try and get her some relief from all the gum damage he just caused with his scrapper as he ripped her gums up pretty bad.
