The dentist office team and the care i got was great! Because I couldn't afford to pay for dentures all at once I had to use icare. My problem is with the finance company they use! They are pathetic, extremely unprofessional, and use extreme measures!! Read your paperwork thoroughly before agreeing to go with them!!!!

Had a partial that broke into. Although it could not be repaired I was taken back immediately. With help in arranging a payment schedule I could handle and impressions taken, I was out in about 45 min. Great service.

We are new to the area and my daughter (who is an adult) was told to go here. She had 2 teeth removed...she felt him pulling the teeth out, due to not enough numbing medicine and him yanking instead of gently wiggling. She was given no pain meds or gauze to go home with. She was given a weak antibiotic for the infection. When she tried to tell the Dr that particular kind doesnt work but what does work well for her, he refused.
Definitely do your research before going. Definitely will not be taking my family here.

The front desk staff and technicians were beyond helpful and supportive. The dentist was extremely rude towards me once he learned I did not want to take a religious necklace off for a panoramic picture. This caused the x-ray to block 4 of the bottom teeth from being viewed without obstruction. The dentist informed me he wouldn't read ANY of my teeth because the film was "not valid" because of the 4 blocked teeth. The dentist literally walked in with attitude told me he couldn't read my film then walked out without even asking if I had any questions or to give me time to respond! I regret seeing this provider and will not be back.
On the bright side.... I cannot praise the front desk personnel or technicians enough.

Most the staff are amazing to talk to. But the quality of dentures I would have to give 1 star. I payed 2200 and now going to to a different place for a replacment.
