I used to really love going here, the receptionist and dental assistants are all still great, & very nice. However I genuinely do not like the current doctor that is in this office now. She is rather abrupt, forceful,
& rude, her chairside manner is very unpolished & unprofessional, many of her own subordinates in the office don't even like her, that is how unpleasant she truly is. Just today I went in, and knowing that i currently have some abscessed teeth, she used her metal mirror to tap hard on three teeth with holes in them that are currently infected, and very painful. It almost felt like she was trying to break them just with the mirror, it hurt so bad. If the owner, or board of this company was smart they would fire her, and hire someone better. They have had some truly great dentists in this office over the past 5 to 6 years I've been going, this dentist, and one other who had just started shortly after I started going there are the only ones I haven't cared for, or had any issue with.
If you can go somewhere else until they get rid of this doctor, or she moves to another location, you should. I know I'm definitely going to start looking for somewhere else to go after today's visit which was the worst one I've had so far with her.

I have had a lifetime of teeth problems and almost has long fear of dentists. The staff was friendly and kind making sure I was informed of things regarding my treatment. I was encouraged to ask questions and my preference was taken into consideration with my dentures. I feel the price they ask for services are very fair. Thanks to them I finally have a beautiful smile.

The girls are great at this office. They will make you comfortable and take time to explain everything in detail. Dentists appt are not my favorite but this is my favorite dental office. This also the first time I’ve seen a dentist (cant remember her name) in the last few years that give me hope that my teeth are savable. Others just wanted to pull them all. She however let me know they can be saved. Costly for crowns but it’s the fact of knowing. Jen is the best dental assistant. She caring and kind. I’m comfortable discussing my concerns with her. Amber at front desk was great helping with the financial part. She went above and beyond for me. I appreciate it so much.
