I had an appointment for this dentist today. About 15 minutes before my appointment, they called me and cancelled because they don’t take my insurance. (When I officially made the appointment they said my insurance was covered.) This information would've been useful before, and not 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I rearranged my day for this appointment, and then it is cancelled last minute - Very unprofessional! I Do Not Recommend!!

Although the front office staff is not super friendly... once you get in the back the experience is AMAZING. My children felt like they were respected. The assistants explained everything very well to each of my kiddos prior to doing any treatment. Their office hours are great, too, for working people.

I was likewise treated with respect and provided several options for necessary and elective treatments. The equipment is completely modernized. I did not feel as though I was sitting in an archaic office. I would recommend this business and Dr. Zee.

Went there for tooth pain diagnosis and cleaning. Great staff and facility. They told me I needed a root canal and referred me to an endodontist. I got a second opinion and turns out no root canal needed at all. A simple crown was all I needed. I would have wasted a lot of money had I listened to them.

I have always gone here for dental work because of the professional and we'll priced work done. They always seem to find time to take care of customers and let you know if there is going to be a delay, that's appreciated. So thank you to the workers if American dental solutions.

This was the worst dentist I have ever been to. She does not know what she is doing. Put a crown on without removing decay from tooth first. The tooth eventually developed more decay. I had to have her crown removed ($800.) resulting in extensive dental work in order to save the tooth and a new crown put on. She also claims you have cavities when you do not, barely touches the tooth with a drill and then lets an inexperienced person put some rough white junk on it. ($193.) Thankfully it fell off after a couple days. That's when I knew she was a fraud. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Dr. Zee wrote a great letter of how she did everything right. The BBB closed my case without letting me even explain how she works. Filthy, dirty office and I got worried about the instruments being sterilized. Any office girl walking around in there can work on you. I did not see any degrees or certificates for any of them. I did find out that most of her patients are Medicaid which she can just bill the Government for any amount and the Government pays. This place needs to be investigated by the Board of Health and the Government.

Had been seeing Dr. Zee for my braces and went in recently for severe pain to my bottom gums. The problem I see the most with this office is they never believe you. I kept telling her, “There is something in my gums!” She told me that the problem was debri stuck under my bottom bracket, and that there was nothing wrong. She kept stating she was SO certain of this. I was informed I had not made a payment for some time seeing as I put $1000.00 down 7 months ago. I was so angry that she wouldn’t do anything without demanding money first that I told the receptionist I will not be back. Want to know why I REALLY won’t be back? I went home to remove my braces myself and found the the reason I had such awful pain was two VERY large pieces of bracket cement were lodged into my gum and the whole gumline was infected. I can’t eat normally or barely drink anything but water. I’m so upset. If she would have just listened and cared enough...maybe she could have helped it from getting worse. She’s heartless, cruel and she can bet I will put the word out about this. She’s lucky I don’t sue considering it’s work she put in my mouth and patient neglect. This woman needs to be reported. I loved Dr. Zee but the past 4 months or so, she’s been very cold. She rushes, I’ve seen her get very pushy with her assistants and I have seen and heard them speak about how demanding she is to them. The girls will normally have private conversations when Dr. Zee isn’t in the cubical and from what I’ve heard and witnessed...I don’t think any of them are happy. I just wish she was as nice as when I first met her. My mouth hurts so bad and I think I should be angry over anything, but all I can do is cry it out.

American Dental solutions should have to pay for my Urgent care visit, ER visit and pay the cost of my new dentist. I have to have a root canal and a crown. If Dr. Z knew what she was doing . This could have been avoided.

The staff was pleasant, even though several times we had to go back the next day and have something fixed....a rough wire a bracket fell off ect..The dentist/ orthodontist I
feel was more concerned
monetary than the care of her clients we had great insurance I paid up front and she would check my daughter ' file at each visit and would discuss financial issues with her rather than the parents..I was unaware we owed 100 dollars and she would tell my daughter you will have these braces on until the $100 wad paid..It was paid immediately after the braces off she had several cavities in her front teeth that required further dental work and required capped...by another dentist
...No I would not recommend American Dental Solutions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zee's for over three years and I have received the best of dental care. Dr. Zee has been able to save my teeth and has provided the best service wiith their professionalism and clean hi-tech
facility. the Dr. and staff have always worked with me and my schedule for setting up appointments for my schedule as a mother of a special needs child . I really appreciate the kindness and understanding that is given to me as a patient.

Beware of this place. Do not recommend. Dentist is rude, very hard to understand , and does not do good work. Today was the last time I will not return, as I left half way through a procedure, as she stated that she was not confident in what she was doing. If you are not confident why would you do something to a patient , she is money hungry and cares more about money rather than the safety of patients. Run. Fast.
