The staff and Dr B are very friendly. The first time I went in I got a deep cleaning done and was told I needed a crown, filling and sealant done. The 2nd time I go there I was just going to get the crown and filling. They said I could do the sealant to so I went a head. Well this was the first time they used a clear sealant and it got everywhere!! My bite was off, it was on the sides of my tooth. I was also numb for the crown. I got the temp put in and filling done. Well my bite was off still because so much sealant. Then the crown was bothering me and did for about 3 months. I kept going in to have it checked out and Dr B kept doing bite adjustments. Which didn’t just include the crown. He was shaving my natural teeth too. There was something snagging my tongue and I went in Dr Little was there and instead of finding the sharp spot he just kept shaving away at my natural tooth. It now feels like a nub. Not a natural tooth. Still having problems I kept going back. I was told they put it in and they should fix it. This last time I went in because there feels like a jagged ledge in between my teeth where the crown is. Dr B told me it’s just where the crown meets the tooth and there’s nothing he can do. Even took another X-ray and told me it was fine. It’s been bothering my tongue for months tho. He decided to do another bite adjustment on the crown which led to my whole right side being off and having to be shaved to fit correctly. Since he did they my left side then felt off and had to be shaved down too. So now both side of my mouth from the back teeth to my k9 top to bottom have been shaved so I have a correct bite, so this crown will fit in my mouth right. Well it’s still bothering me so I went somewhere else and they took an X-ray. Come to find out the crown isn’t seated properly and has an open margin which means bacteria can get in between my crown and tooth causing decay. My teeth don’t feel like my teeth anymore, I’m really not sure how much was shaved within these past few months. He kept telling me it’s only a 10th of a millimeter but the new dentist said he could see when’re he really ground down a couple of my teeth. I’m now waiting on a refund from them and I have to do an appeal with my insurance so I can have the crown redone. The crown is still bothering me. And to top of off when he shaved my right side some more I have two spots that really hurt and I was informed these are cavities that they had just put sealant over and didn’t remove the decay. The sad part is I really liked Dr B and fully trusted him. I hate my mouth now, it’s been so uncomfortable and I just want to sleep my life away so I don’t feel it anymore. -Rachel Bradner-
Update: One of my top right molars that was grounded on so much will now need a partial crown. I was hoping it was just a cavity but it is not. Also to fix my bite I will need to get braces now. I made the mistake of going back to have my left side checked on because my jaw was hurting. It is now in worse shape. If my bite was fine and it was just knots, why shave more off my teeth. I would have been fine with wasting my trip going there then to make things worse.

I went into the office just recently for a routine cleaning. Everything and everyone was great. Stephanie my RDH was phenomenal and did an excellent job. She is extremely precise with zero errors. (Of my knowledge, the cleaning was painless and she did not hurt my gums or teeth during the process.) 👌🏻
During the cleaning, it was essentially getting a manicure and pedicure except on your teeth. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Doctor Littell was great as well. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
This is my first time going into a dental insitution alone as an adult and I felt relative comfortable during the entire process.
I’ve prescheduled a few appointments and will go from there with more reviews. 👍🏻
