Everyone there is genuinely nice and friendly. I like the front office staff, the hygienists, the assistants and the doctor. They are very upfront with billing and work with you to schedule appointments. They are mostly on time with appointments...we may have waited an extra 5 - 10 min for my sons cleaning, but got my daughter in the same day with no wait. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time here. Called yesterday with a semi emergency since my dentist moved away. The fit me in the next day. All staff and the doctor were very nice. The dentist took time to explain things to me and made me feel important.

I was super hesitant about going back to the dentist in general, but the staff at DDS were great! Dawn, my hygienist, was amazing!! I can't sing her praises enough. She put me right at ease, as did Dr. Little. No judgment from them, only acceptance and the want to help me. I'm glad I chose them!

Until this visit, my ratings have all been superb. While the representative who did my X-Rays was very cordial, she might benefit from additional training. She had me listed for a completed crown which I did not have. Also, it appeared that she was not recording the numbers correctly regarding the state of my gum/teeth ratings for bacteria, etc. Subsequently, the error regarding the crown prompted the front desk to charge me and I paid a third of the cost for a crown which wasn't provided. Fortunately, now I
have a credit. I am appreciative for the payment plans.
Again, this isn't a deal breaker, since years worth of appointments, service and treatments been superior.

The staff are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Shelly and Dr.little took their time with me to make sure that I understood exactly what was happening and what my options for what I need done are. My last experience at a dentist's office was horrible, but after going here I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that has any kind of dental need.

Dr. Little at Distinctive Dental Solutions has been our family dentist for several years now. He is great with our children and always greets you with a smile and knows you by your first name. The staff and dental hygienist are awesome and very helpful. I could not be happier with them. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist since they have had such a wonderful experience there.
