Amazing people and experience. Everyone is very friendly front desk to back office. Dr B and his team are all great! Dr B is very knowledgeable and takes the time with each individual to make you feel good about the plan you choose and direction you are going depending on your circumstances. They work with you to get the absolute best results and the best smile possible ! Highly recommend this place for all your dental needs. I was skeptical at first because I haven’t had good luck at big places like this,and prefer a smaller dental office with 1 dentist, but I was definitely surprised by the results after giving it a chance. Will be going here from now on, and don’t forget to visit CiCi for your annual dental cleaning, she is amazing as well, as RaShelle and the other Dental assistants. You won’t regret it!!

This is a great dentist office full of very nice hygienists and dentists. I see Dr. B and he’s very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist was very friendly and did a great job. My only hiccup was that they scheduled me for 8:00 and I had to wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes before anyone even was at the front desk. They seemed unorganized and not prepared for patients. Apparently this is the norm as they have a meeting first thing in the morning.I guess my suggestion would be don’t schedule your first appointment until 8:30 if you know you’re meeting will run long and the front desk peeps are unable to be there for the first patients of the day. The front desk people weren’t overly friendly.

I just came from my consultation appt . I am very pleased and will be going back in a couple of days to start treatment. Everyone was so wonderful and caring. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I am a new patient here and the staff was awesome! They were warm and communicated well. All my questions were answered and issues discussed. I am very happy and got the service I needed. I am looking forward to using this business in the future.

During COVID I hadn’t visited a Dentist but knew I needed to. My former dentist told me I needed 2 root canals so that’s what I was expecting. However the guys at Distinctive Dental Solutions took so many X-rays that when Dr Brueckner came in and looked at them he said there’s no need for any root canal. WOW! They explained procedures and why they did stuff and even did an oral cancer scan. The scan was a first and I’m happy to say showed nothing. Overall very glad I changed thought I was with a 5 Star service but now I know I am.

Both Brittany and Dr Brueckner were caring, friendly, and informative. It’s clear that they care about their patient’s dental and overall health.

I’ve been a patient here for 5+ years. The best way to describe this place is an unorganized money grab. If you’re a fan of hurry up and wait, you have two options in life: join the military or schedule an appointment at this office. In fact, if you need dental treatment you might as well commit 4 years to the military and get it done during basic training as this will save you much more time and headache then coming here.

Scheduling an appointment at this place requires you to be persistent as most phone calls/voicemails get ignored and their schedule is typically backed up 4-6 months. That is unless you’re having a dental emergency, and even then, it’s hurry up and wait. If you’re able to talk to a receptionist between the hours of 10-2 (as this seems to be their lunch hours) you might as well go buy a lottery ticket as you’ve obviously stumbled upon good fortune. You’d also consider yourself lucky to catch even a hint of the dentist’s coffee breath before he’s already out of the room trying to bill you or have techs sell you on unnecessary products/procedures at the front desk.

Though I have several stories of the gross incompetence in office management at this place (especially in the last 2 years) the straw that broke the camels back happened recently. Two weeks ago I went in for a “Invisalign Consultation” that ended up turning into a 2 hour wait where assistants kept coming and going, checking in on me every 5 minutes telling me the dentist would be in shortly. All this to say at the end of these 2 hours they had to reschedule me for two weeks out because “the dentist didn’t have time to answer questions” that day. Cool, fine. It happens. People get busy, things happen. Two weeks go by and I go in for the follow up where I can finally talk treatment plan, pricing, and ask my questions. Similarly I showed up early, waited in the lobby for 40 minutes and finally got taken to the back where the tech began the Invisalign procedure. I had to question what she was doing as I hadn’t even gotten to see the dentist in two visits, let alone discuss a treatment plan? After another 20 minutes of coming and going telling me the dentist would be right with me, I decided to leave as I didn’t want to turn this into another 2 hour visit. One time I believe I heard them referring to their clients as patients, but now I realize they were describing the personal level of gumption one needs to get treatment at this business. The level of gross unprofessionalism displayed in their inability to stick to punctuality, organize their office, communicate amongst staff, return phone calls, and the overall eagerness to take one’s money even though treatment hasn’t been discussed ultimately has pushed me into looking for other dentists in Springfield. Though they have good intentions, their level of professionalism in running a business will leave you frustrated and wanting. As a patient of 5+ years, heed warning and stay away from this place. They incentivize people to leave 5-star reviews.

I have never been to a better dental office! The front office people were extremely nice and helpful. I had a temp hygienist today named Cathy and she was more than anything I could have asked for. We chatted the whole time and she was very informative while doing my cleaning. The dentist was the nicest I've ever had. Very polite, informational , and he really made you feel comfortable. I've been waiting to get my wisdom teeth done and they were able to get me scheduled before I left the office. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
