The Dr and the Staff were very nice.They explained very well the plan that would help me with teeth problems. Their all very professional and they had compassion. You don’t see that much these days. I would recommend them if your thinking about dentures.

Kind staff. Just know if you are a first time customer it is a separate consultation and they won’t tell you that when you schedule a cleaning. I ended up sitting there for three hours and didn’t find out until the end when they billed me. Now a lot of my health benefits got used up and I still didn’t get a cleaning.

I love Dr. Littell! I think he's fantastic and a wonderful dentist.
However, the receptionists at the front desk are always on different pages and some have no idea what they are doing. The first irritating incident was when I signed a quote, approximately 6 monyhs ago. When I went to pay what I was quoted, the prices were increased from what I was originally given. We discussed the issue over the phone and I was told she would call me back. She didn't call me back and had no explanation for my issue. Instead, she had a different receptionist look at the paperwork. The other receptionist, completely amazing, resolved the issue when I went in for another appointment a few days later with my other child.
Fast forward to 6 months later (now). My child had an appointment on Friday. The appointment went great and Dr. Littell and I even discussed my next appointment which was scheduled for next week with my other child. It's now Wednesday (5 days later). My other child and I go in for our appointment at 9am as scheduled. Apparently my appointment wasn't "confirmed" so they couldn't get me during my appointment time! I was just in last week! My appointment was confirmed when i made a payment last week with my other child! They never called to "confirm" my appointment, so they took it upon themselves to cancel it without letting me know! I was just in 5 days ago! Dr. Littell was expecting me and knew I was coming! They said I could "wait" and they might be able to get me in. I don't have hours to wait, especially with a waiting room full of people when I reserved a spot for my child! This was a different receptionist.
The dentist is wonderful, but the receptionists that are clueless are making him lose customers. I've been going here for a few years and planned on my children seeing Dr. Littell for many years to come until they're adults. I won't be back to reschedule my appointment bc I never canceled it. I've never canceled nor been a no show.
