Everyone at my dentist was very professional and courteous. The staff was light hearted and made me feel very comfortable. I did not feel like I was in a house of horrors like I have felt at other dentists in the past. This will now be my primary dentist. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Dr. Pierce is caring and has has a great sense of humor. The hygienists I had were super friendly and front desk staff are really sweet. They work with you on payments and I have always been treated professionally and personable.

I am disappointed to post a review like this since last year but I can’t let it go unchecked.
After moving out of the area for my career and better benifits I still kept My Dentist as the place to go as well as my wife. I didn’t think I could find a replacement. Prior to leaving I always paid cash upfront for my family dental needs without issue. Then when we started to use our new dental insurance I would think they would ask for a co-payment or something. Unfortunately they never did nore did they make any attempt at contacting me personally for anything that may have been owed after insurance. Instead they turned over a $40 balance from 2019 and a $44 dollar balance in 2020 over to a collection agency last month. The collection agency reached me on their first call. Point is the office didn’t try to contact with me for over a year since my last visit. They had seen my wife 10 months later and never mentioned an outstanding debt to her and the added her another unknown debt from that visit to mine this January 2021!
So in an attempt to clear this up I called them and the best they could do was tell me they mailed the bill to home which I sold in Dec of 2019 knowing my mailing address had always been a PO Box! I paid this over the phone including their collection agancy fee! One call is all they had to make to me!
New and Old patients beware. They wont bill you they just send it out to a collection agency!! No referral here!!!!

I came in and I wasn't sure if if was the right office. I didn't have an appointment but I was in so much pain they got me consulted and I will be going back in a few days to help me further. I definitely recommend this place.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and provided options for treatment.
Then they send you a huge bill and won't explain why and then talk to you like you're a criminal when you go back in. I specifically asked MULTIPLE times if all.of these x-rays are covered and was repeatedly told yes....they contacted insurance. Just be prepared to pay several hundred dollars with no explanation!!

Thank you to DR. Pierce and the awesome staff at My Dentist! I had an 8am appointment on July 9th for a lost filling. They got me in on time, did the procedure and I was out before 9am.
They clearly explained everything up front and in writing, so no surprises.

They are a great office. They have great consumer service. Everyone is very respectful & happy to help with your needs. You can in fairly quickly. For you chief's fan out there mark is a chief's fan also. He is awesome dentist. Go check them out.

I was nervous about going to another Dentist after a painful and memorable experience at Jordan Valley, but the staff at MyDentist made me feel comfortable and unashamed of my teeth's terrible condition. They treated me with dignity, sympathy, and understanding - going so far as to make a mold for my first ever pair of dentures in the very first visit! They got me started seamlessly and set up a plan that works with my insurance and personal schedule. I am eager to continue my treatment plan with them!
