My Dentist

I'm so grateful for My Dentist. Going in to my first appt a few months ago I fully expected to be told that I was going to lose my teeth because of gingivitis and years of not having good dental health. They have given me back so much confidence by getting me on track to keeping all of them! I appreciate you guys so much. The lady that cleans my teeth is sweet and amazing at what she does.

I've been going to this place for a couple of years, starting with a major dental problem. At first, even though they twisted a tooth and left it like that for the bridge, I found the dentist and staff friendly and flexible to a truck driver's schedule, and the work done was ok. Had to get another foot canal and bridge, and that was excellent.
However, the last few visits really show how vital an experienced staff can be. They scheduled me for June, they said, because that was when my benefits renewed - got my exam and they billed insurance for a cleaning (it was not a cleaning). When the insurance denied it, I was pretty upset, noting that they specifically said the appointment was scheduled for when my benefits renewed, but they didn't renew until July.

At the exam, it was noted that I needed a specific type of cleaning due to periodontal disease and was scheduled for 10am today. When I called a few days early to see if they could see me early, they said my appointment was actually at 10:10 and they couldn't see me early. I showed up at 09:30, they said my appointment was 09:10 but they would see me anyway, but not until I paid for their mistake of scheduling me before benefits renewed.

As it turns out, they scheduled me for a regular cleaning, which was not what I needed. I thought I got it all straight and they proceeded with one quadrant, then said that's all they could do today.

As a truck driver, my time is valuable and I have to jump through fire-laced hoops to make appointments, so this kind of nonsense doesn't work for me. And, really, they could not explain to me why I would be scheduled for a regular cleaning when the Deep cleaning and scaling was necessary, except to say that the schedule didn't know that. I hope they get their team working right eventually. But, for now, I'm switching to another dentist.

This is a good place if you have had regular dental care and live in town - not if you've neglected your teeth and are a truck driver.

The dental assistant and the lady that worked up front were amazing. They helped to figure out the most cost efficient plan according to my insurance. I just felt like they went put of their way to help me. I am very grateful for that.

The staff was amazing with my Grandmother with Alzheimer's! Everyone from the front desk ladies, to the hygienist to the Dentists was patient and understanding with her. I first took her while covid was early and rampant, unfortunately she often didn't understand masking and would get irritated by it, they we're so kind about helping her keep her mask on as well as what treatments they were doing.

Staff gracefully dealt with my inexperience with insurance.
Hygienist made me feel welcome and comfortable with my various dental problems (and was very efficient!)
Then the team and doctor was able to do a needed procedure the day I got in!
This place is great!!!

My Dental Hygienist was Genevieve. She was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the cleaning process and did a thorough cleaning. This had to be one of the best and painless cleanings I have ever had. When my visit with Genevieve was finished, I had a clear understanding of what my next steps where for additional work that needs to be done and she set up my appointments for me.

First time being here. The staff was very courteous. I was in terrible pain and they made service available within 24 hours. The Dentist and his assistant were very understanding and did a great job. They made me a believer, this will be my dentist from here on...

I'm very happy going to My Dentist. Dr. Pierce and the whole staff is very friendly, very caring, Gentle and make you feel comfortable. I'm nervous going to Dentist but Dr. Pierce he is very down to earth, comical, Gentle and he makes you feel very comfortable. They explain everything they need to do before they do it and when they do X-rays or scans they explain what they are doing as they don't. The receptionist and all the staff are soo nice I'm happy to go here.

I experienced professional bedside manner from the tech and the dentist. The receptionists do a great job checking in, verifying coverage of insurance and check out. Friendly office. L.S.

Everyone at my dentist were so helpful and kind. Went had a wisdom tooth pulled. The dentist and staff so amazing. Thank you so much.
