The staff are wonderful compassionate and non judgemental. I felt very comfortable. Better than Aspen dental and Northside dental. I look forward to the care I will be receiving here. Awesome

Not recommended as they do not check your benefits. Be ready to expect a bill that's 90 days over, to please pay immediately. My daughter had went in for an annual check up. They did the Exam, FMX X-rays, Panoramic Image, Prophy Cleaning and Fluoride/Varnish services. They have written off everything and or was paid by the Insurance, except the FMX X-rays and the Fluoride/Varnish. Spoke to Shelby and Kayla who states the Insurance does not provide any Members histories, but was aware of the Insurances frequency. That is a lie as all Insurance companies do provide history whether it's in their office or not. My daughter had an FMX X-rays recently elsewhere, a year or two ago. The frequency on that is once every 5years. The Flouride/Varnish is only covered for children age 15 and under. The office was not willing to admit that they didn't check the benefits, yet alone waive it. Preventative services are covered at 100%. My daughter and/or anyone in that matter should not be responsible for it. They only care about the money they make and not the Patients health or care. The office has declined to waive the bill. I now have to file an Appeal and Grievance with my Insurance with the possibility of Fraud as well.

An awesome crew. Wouldn't even consider going somewhere else even if it were half the price. I've always had great care and they know I'm petrified of dentists. Everyone there are special patient caring people.

Shelby was an amazing first impression at the desk and was able to get me in really quickly for some tooth pain I’d been having! Caitlyn (I’m not sure if that’s spelled correctly) was an amazing hygienist! And Dr. Pierce was swift, concise, and very personable as well! You’ll definitely get a worthwhile experience here! We worked out a game plan for my future dental health and I can’t wait to go back! And that’s really saying something for me! There was another receptionist and other staff that also helped me but I have forgotten their names, sorry queens! Everyone was wonderful! 💜💜

New dentist? Try My Dentist. If all dental offices were geared to the client as this one is, nobody would ever hesitate about going to the dentist. It was truly a great experience from the time I entered until I left. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Questions were not a problem for any of them (and no dental shaming). I highly recommend My Dentist for your next visit.

I've been going to this dentist office for 10 years and never had a problem until their dentist Dr Melson (who is EXCELLENT) left and I followed him and their crew to Spring view dental where their care and services Awesome. So then My Dentist sends me a bill for $190 several months after my last appointment there. I called talk to someone that wasn't very knowledgeable and said they would have somebody call me back. Never got the return call next thing I know they've sent the bill to collections. Extremely unprofessional and the place is falling apart. This review is from a very loyal customer that was with them since they first opened on glenstone. It's painful to leave it people to be aware of what is going on.
