Northside is Quite the operation. Very professional and efficient; staff is courteous and competent. Charlie, my Hygienist was great today and Dr. Derek was thorough and efficient as well. I consistently leave their office feeling better than I did when I arrived. Office areas and restrooms are well lit and clean. Keep up the great work Northside!

Arrived ahead of schedule able to wait inside. Was in slightly before appointment had teeth cleaned. Patient nearly since building was built. One new receptionist irritated me earlier that week. When updating new insurance I handed her new card with my name. She asked my name, as it is long I prefer them copy from card so I do not have to spell it out. I replied it's on the card. She looked at me and said "you don't know your own name? " the WAY she said this almost led me to change dentist, not because of dental care or service but because of one receptionist. I miss the retired lady and hope she enjoys retirement. I APPRECIATE the dental workers so stayed but post this.

The lady that cleaned my teeth was extremely rough she busted my gums open taking x-rays and again when she was cleaning my teeth. But everything else was good the people were extremely nice and so was the actual dentist. Just needed to be more gentle my mouth was extremely sore afterwards and still is 6 hours later

Amazing service. Quick. Non-judgemental environment. Techs and Dentist are nice and they do not pressure you or make you feel bad about the health of your teeth. The Doc will even sing to you. I'm glad I found my forever Dentist.

Found this dentist through the Careington network, and I'm very glad I did. Everything about my experience was impressive, from the friendly and informative hygenist, to the cutting-edge Invisalign scanner, to the quick and nearly painless filling Dr. Pierce did for a minor cavity. Highly recommended!

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Long delays on invisalign, but that is mostly out of their control. 5 star treatment, 4 star experience.
