My first appointment and last. My appointment was for 10 am on a Friday. I arrived 15 minutes early as was requested to fill out the initial forms. After I handed them in at 10 am completed, no one said a word to me. I sat down and waited for 30 minutes and no one ever said anything to me. I am self employed and if I ever showed up 30 minutes late without so much as a heads up as to why I'm so late, I would never get the job. I find it totally unprofessional, rude and completely unacceptable that they showed no regard for my time. I had an appointment after this appointment to talk to a client and I would have been late if I continued to wait for them to get around to getting me in so I got up and left. Not a very good way to run a business.

My experience at this dentist was one of the best I've ever had they were kind they were very gentle I was so nervous when I went in but was soon relieved when everything went so well and so smooth would recommend this dentist to anyone who is a coward thank you Post

I am upset because number one I was complaining about one tooth bothering me and he insisted it was the tooth next to it! So he redid the crown, I have had the temporary crown on a week it has cracked three times and fail off twice! The first time the staff was very nice got me right in! Instead of a new temporary she fixes the crack right down the middle! Here I am again the temporary fail off again!!!! This is what makes me mad, they advertise they have emergency services! That is a joke rather a lie!!! I called at 5:45 and got the answering service, she says, “I can make you an appointment for Tuesday”. I said lady I need in before Tuesday!!! So she said that the doctor would call me or her! He never called me! I have left several messages! Unhappy patient! Then at the same time he did a filling and I have hurt worse on that side than I ever did before! He said my bite was off and drilled some more on my teeth! I’m stuck with them for a bit because my son is doing visilines with them, this has not been that great of a experience either! I will say the secretaries are wonderful!

Great experience! I just had my first appointment here today and the cleaning went well. Angie was my dental hygienist; couldn’t ask for a better one! The camaraderie between the faculty puts you at ease. Highly recommended!!! 🔥🙏🏾

I haven't seen a dentist in years mostly because of anxiety about going but I finally reached that point I had to go so I went to My Dentist. At first I was nervous but everyone there was very friendly and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and well educated about what was going on. I will definitely recommend My dentist to others and will be coming back soon. Thanks

Dr Melson has been my dentist off and on for a very long time! I’m a big coward when it comes to dentist appointments. Dr Melson and his staff have always made my visits comfortable. Dr Melson is the best dentist that I have ever had! Other dentist have told me how great of a job Dr Melson did on my caps. I’m so glad to be back with Dr Melson at his new location.
