My family is new to Parkcrest Dental this year. From the time we walked into the facility, we were greeted and treated as if we had been going to Parkcrest for years. We love our dentist Dr. Blake and his team! The hygienists are great and the atmosphere in the office is laid back and comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this practice!

Words cannot express how very thankful I am for the professional, caring, organized orthodontic practice at Parkcrest Dental. Dr. Steven Harrison and his staff are exceptional! Being a little (or maybe alot) older than most patients receiving braces, Dr. Harrison goes above and beyond to ensure he meets (or exceeds) the expectations of all his patients. The staff makes you feel right at home and you instantly feel like you have known them all your life. From the receptionist to the orthodontic assistants to Dr. Harrison himself, they put together a great experience for every patient!

I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Spondenberg (since he started there). I was having an issue with a tooth and called. They got me in the next day! The other staff from Leslie, (my hygienist) to the desk staff are alway courteous and attentive to whatever I have going on at the time. Thank you PCD! You all rock.

I can't say enough good things about this group. Every single person I've ever encountered there, from reception to the hygienists to the dentists, has been wonderful, welcoming, warm, and reassuring. I have a massive phobia of dental work and these guys did everything to comfort me short of holding my hand (and if I'd asked, they probably would have done that too!). They explain things clearly, offer personalized options based on your tolerance for the procedures and your budget, and are just wonderfully kind! (And if you're like me and are afraid to go to the dentist because you don't want them to yell at you for having bad teeth: never fear! They do not judge! :)

Seriously if you're dental-phobic but know you need to go, these guys are phenomenal! I wish there were more stars to give them!

Parkcrest dental staff are always extremely friendly and quick! I have a child with special needs and they always have so much patience for him! I highly recommend!

From the moment you walk through the front door, it quickly becomes obvious that Parkcrest understands the value of great customer service. From receptionist to hygienist to dentist, everyone is always pleasant, respectful and professional. Crystal is awesome and Dr. Ropka and her skills are exceptional all the way around. How many people can say they like going to the dentist? That's how they make you feel. Keep up the exceptional work!

I'm a college student and chose Parkcrest after asking some other students for recommendations, and so far I've had a great experience! They listened to my concerns and gave me a statement for all the options I had to choose from to solve my problem and was not rushed into making a decision on the spot, which is great when you are self pay and need to call your mom before you make any decisions!! Also very good with getting your appointment scheduled fast & around your schedule! Going back next week to get my work done :)

Friendly staff and professionals. On time. Dentist and hygienist seemed knowledgeable and skilled. Care and recommendations were personalized to my needs .

I have been a customer of Parkcrest Dental for over 20 years. They take really good care of me there and they also have the latest techniques and a professional staff that really cares about my health. They even discovered my high blood pressure because they do a through exam on every check up. My parents and my son have also been patients and the pediatric care is really important since my son had several bad experiences in the past. I am glad that I can trust the entire staff, what could be more important?
