This is a great place, I came to the office for braces and when I left I was so happy! The doctor was able to get me scheduled to get them on in just a week! Had a broken tooth, haven’t been to the dentist for 10+ years so I called the office and got an appointment pretty quick! Met with Dr Ali and her assistant. They did a thorough assessment and they explained all the options and cost and ended up doing a crown to save the tooth instead of the extraction which I expected to get. Very thoughtful and caring team - moving our whole family to the Parkcrest Dental Group

Today’s checkup/cleaning was a great experience all around. Check in was smooth. My appointment started on time. It was my first time with Daniel as my hygienist, and he was great! He was kind, gentle, helpful, concerned about my comfort, and even entertaining. He gave me what seems reasonable advice, and scheduled my next checkup. Finding no major issues always helps, but it was just the most comfortable checkup I’ve had in a long time.

This is probably the nicest and cleanest offices I’ve ever been in (medical, dental, etc). They are very accommodating and everyone was kind.
Dr. Scott explained our options and the potential cost up front. He took the time to discuss the issue and treatment options with my son not just myself, which I appreciated immensely.

We love going to Parkcrest Dental as a family. Dr. Keaster and his assistant Taylor are amazing! I’ve always had a hesitation and fear of going to the dentist and they put me right at ease! They go above and beyond making sure I’m comfortable, all my needs are explained in detailed, and met!
My kids are always excited to go get their teeth cleaned on the Pediatric side. My 3 year old counted the sleeps until her appointment. She had an amazing cleaning experience with assistant Julie. Julie was so good to her and made it a fun experience for her and now she can’t wait to go back! Dr. Scott and his team have always been amazing with answering questions and addressing issues. I highly recommend! :)

I had a very good experience with Parkcrest Dental, Leslie did an excellent job taking x-rays of my teeth and cleaning them. She did a great job explaining what she was doing and making sure I didn’t have any discomfort while cleaning my teeth.
The dentist, Dr. Dill was great also and took his time talking to me about my teeth and some options for future treatment of my teeth. All in all a great first visit with Parkcrest Dental to get my teeth cleaned and checked !

I walked into Parkcrest dental with my tail tucked thinking I was gonna have to get my teeth pulled due to innovative dental telling me my teeth wasn’t worth saving and I needed dental implants $50,000. Dr Blake Keaster was my doctor at Parkcrest who made me leave a couple hours later with a smile as big as Texas. Not only did he fix my broken tooth he assured me my other teeth were gonna be just fine with a little work on them, Which made the worst day of my life the best. This is the best dental office in Springfield mo. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful and caring! I will never hop around from dentist to dentist again they have definitely won my buisness. I can’t say enough about Dr Keaster and his staff. And for all you cowards out there of dentist like I am I never felt one ounce of pain not one and that speaks for a lot thank you so much Parkcrest Dental 5 star rating in my book! Life is good again.
