The staff is warm & friendly, and my Dental Hygienist, Daniel, had excellent bedside manner & gave a pain free cleaning. I have an overwhelming debilitating fear of dentists but I have finally found a group that really does know how to deal with patients like me. For my follow up appointment to get my crown put in, they were just as patient, caring and efficient as my first visit. Their sedation protocol works 100% and I remember no pain or noises at all. I was not made to feel embarrassed or silly for having this debilitating fear but rather made to feel they understood and truly worked with me patiently. I highly recommend this group.

Everyone was super friendly and seemed willing to answer any questions. This was a first time trip and quick. That’s the reason I can’t give 5 stars, I drove over an hr and they didn’t even fix my tooth. They just looked at it, I would have appreciated being told it wasn’t going to be fixed today. Even with that I’d still recommend this dental office just make sure you ask very specific questions.

From the receptionist at the front desk to Dr. Fanin, my Dentist to my hygienist, Teri Rose who is not only thorough, but she is also so patient and kind….. explaining everything as she does my inspection and cleaning. Wish her Happy Birthday (Jan 30). She has everything perfect for Dr Fanin (also AMAZING and the best Dentist in Springfield) when he arrives to do what he does!!!! Takes great care of lil’ oh me!!!
