Parents are NOT allowed in the exam room with your child. They don't state this policy upfront so you are blindsided when you get there. They also require a $71 payment when you make the appointment. This made me feel coerced into having them see my child. They can have any company policy's they choose but they should also inform new patients upfront about their No Parent Policy.

Parkcrest Dental is the nicest dental clinic I have ever been serviced at. The reception when you arrive is cheerful, attentive and helpful. The waiting room is very modest and most comfortable. A staff member will come and get you and escort you to the treatment room. The Doctors are very positive, professional and great at explaining procedures all the while ensuring your absolute comfort. The is a great and caring Dental Practice. Pretty darn sure you'll enjoy your visit. Give them a try.

Parkcrest Dental from the start has been amazing for my family. My son was 2 and hit the back of his sisters head splitting a tooth. They saw him immediately no questions asked. That was almost 11 years ago. All these years Dr. Scott has been phenomenal with both of my kids. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. When it came time for braces my oldest saw Dr.Harrison. He’s straight forward on what his job is and what he needs from you to do,so he can do his job. Dr.Harrison was awesome and my son enjoyed being in his chair. Today his braces came off and this momma was blown away how perfect his smile is. While having braces my son had a baseball line drive meet his mouth knocking his teeth loose. The on call Dr. saw him immediately and treated him as his own. All the Drs we have had the privilege to work with always seem to go above and beyond. Love the place. I will say though ALL the ladies at the front desk make the place a little extra special. Genuine sweet people who greet you when you walk in.

Everyone in the building had a smile on their face. It was clear everyone there loved their job. Dr Keaster and his assistant were patient, friendly and caring.
