The front staff was very nice. Our hygienist was very rude. The appt was for my son and she tried to take him back alone- which is highly inappropriate for his age. She was not nice after I said I would like to go back with him and then was very short with him while she was cleaning his teeth. For being a kids dentist they are not very accommodating to parents.

Always have had great experiences here. Been patients with dental and ortho for 8 years. We’ve actually invested about $25,000 in two rounds of braces, pallet expanders, extractions, etc…
We’ve always paid on time. Never delinquent. Just learned today that we have to pay up front with delta dental and then the policy holder will be reimbursed. I’m sure we’re not the only ones who have physical custody And bring our kids to every appointment and are not the actual policy holders. To learn the policy holders are reimbursed and not the people who pay up front is disappointing . If anything, the guarantors should be reimbursed. I hate to leave this place but we’re going to have to. It’s getting too complicated.

Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous is all I can say! I saw doctor Scott when I was little Ive seen Dr Ropka for emergency and I see doctor dills now.I have never had such great care and they know me they know what they can and can't do. Ive gone to other places and they've completely messed things up in my mouth but not Parkcrest! The ease of scheduling is great and my sensitivity is more than looked after! Thank you Parkcrest!
