My experience was great here at quail creek dental the whole staff was terrific they take their time with you explain your options and also work with you for the best results for what you want i also want to give a special thanks to Laura she really help me alot on explaining and talking to you like a person like she cares what happens. I had my wisdom teeth and two molars pulled yesterday. Everybody here is very kind and caring. Dr Matt is great. He checked to make sure I was okay through out the whole thing and let me know what was going on. Im shocked at how fast 6 teeth came out. Thank you guys so much. I will be back š

I went in to see Matt as I had a chipped tooth. After x-rays he advised I needed a root canal and crown. I scheduled for root canal and was charged for both procedures up front. After getting the root canal I went in for temporary crown and had terrible pain shortly after. He thought it was a bite issue. He adjusted my bite and the next day my mouth was swollen around that tooth the size of a golf ball so he removed the tooth free of charge but no refund was given for the crown. He said he would credit my account for the fillings I still needed on the other side. Went back 3-4 months later to get the fillings dine and to my surprise he couldn't remember anything about my credit and I was charged for the fillings. Since then I have had terrible sensitivity to cold liquids and now my mouth in severe pain on a tooth he did the filling too. I spent 1800 dollars to have 1 tooth pulled and another 100 for 4 fillings and will most likely have another tooth pulled. I have emailed him with no response I would not recommend his service to my worst enemy.

Very impressed by Quail Creek Dental, they were able to work me in the same day I had a urgent tooth ache. Dr. Stunkel was able to relieve my pain that night. Would recommend Quail Creek Dental to anyone needing excellent dental care.

I went here out of convenience in early 2017, as it was right by my house. I was due for a cleaning and had just recently moved back to Springfield.
I wish I didnāt waste my insurance and time off work to go here. They had me worried from the get-go that Iād likely be charged $200 out-of-pocket for an X-ray based on my insuranceāfederal government employee insurance, mind you. They told me this AFTER they did the procedure. I have never been charged for regular cleanings and Dr. Stunkel was in my network, so it was a little irritating to hear. Luckily I never got a bill for this, so Iām guessing the girl didnāt know what she was looking at.
Then the dental hygienist spent all of 5-10 minutes on my teeth, and then I just waited for the doctor. After the appt was finishing up and the hygienist had already discarded the ānapkin bib,ā she remembered needing to apply fluoride to my teeth. Needless to say, it was hastily done and she managed to get it on my new sweater. This left a permanent stain. Stuff happens, but she didnāt even seem that apologetic.
I went in for a follow up to get fit tested and pick up my bruxism guard. After waiting for 30 minutes and then questioning the front desk, the girl just took me back herself to grab my guard. She had me pop it in, asked me if it fit, and sent me on my way. I was supposed to be seen by the dentist to ensure it fit or at least a trained hygienist....
Anyways, to end my saga, a couple months later I met dental hygienist that used to work at Quail Creek. She shared her insight and referred me to a couple other dental offices. Best advice I got!

I am extremely picky with who I go to. With that being said I love this place and would recommend them to anyone. They are excellent, compassionate and their chair side care is amazing. I had several issues going on and they took it as it came with a smile and compassion.
