Took our child there for a cleaning , ex-rays and exam recently. They diagnosed three cavities.... went to a different dentist office for a second opinion ; no cavities at all ! Shame on all of you Smile Zone , super dishonest , Dr. Rockne was trying to make hundreds of dollars off us and put our child through 3 unnecessary fillings. We will never go back !

They fought me to pay an amount that apparently they only kNew was correct and left mad after paying 930dlls when insurance told me it was only 1/3 of that. But that office was convince they were correct and they knew how what I really owed. Now today I received 100dlls refund. For being over charged .. I guess that finance hypocrypt really doesn’t know her numbers ... this office is just a scam. They tell you one number in the beginning before work gets started and then it’s a whole different number when it’s ready to pay and the work has been done.... and that was just one visit. Not including the other 2 within the month which equalled in over 3200 work
