I had a difficult wisdom tooth extraction today and with the circumstances I don’t think it could have gone any better! The staff is remarkable and put me on a payment plan that would fit my budget (to me this is huge). Their main priority was making sure that i was comfortable and knew the risks ahead. I left feeling confident about the procedure. I am type one diabetic and they watched my blood sugar the entire time of the procedure. Thank you all very much for your kindness. Highly recommend! Today was my first visit. 1. Saturday hours are a plus for me because I work in a doctors office during the week. 2. From start to finish, from check in to check out, they made me feel comfortable. I was a new patient and they treated me like I've been a long time patient..LOVED THAT FEELING!!!♥️ Very uncomfortable about dentist and there is work to be done n I trust them and their referrals to get it done..Thank you and be safe...

Their office is sleek and modern, and the waiting area even has a place for kiddos to play!
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and is happy to answer any questions.
One thing that I appreciate most about Rock Hill Dentistry, is how they do an explanation of benefits. After my appointment, and we figured out what was "wrong" with my teeth, Alexa came in and we went through my insurance and what was covered. She actually sat down with me and walked me through my dental insurance, explaining all my options. I needed 2 fillings and a crown, so she broke everything down in an easy-to-understand manner. I can honestly say that no other dentist office has ever done that.
This office has an amazing group of professionals, and I personally recommend them to everyone I know.

WOW! Staff is very friendly, clean and modern, knowledgeable and helpful without trying to sell you on extra treatments and such. My kid had her first dentist visit here and they made it super fun! It was like a real treat for her!

This place is great! They have helped me far past my expectations and let you know everything up front with no gimmicks. Their building is amazingly clean, everyone there is exceptionally nice and helpful. They wont let you walk out of the door until you are satisfied with the work done and a payment plan that best suits you. If you have any dental problems I recommend going here before anywhere else, best experience I've ever had with a dentist office and will continue to go there for ANY dental needs.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been too. The receptionist is such a sweetheart. The entire staff made me feel welcome and were so great. It was my first time at this office and I look forward to going back. I would recommend this office to anyone. They have great staff and helpful payment plans.

My husband had an appointment on 2/15/21. I called the office number prior to his 11:30 am appointment to find out if the office would be open, the lady put me on hold and then came back to the phone to report that the dentist would be there. My husband drives to the office and no one is there. I call again and get someone else who states the office was closed. My husband never got a call prior to his appointment and this was very unprofessional.

This is the best Dentist office I have ever been too. Great Customer Service. The Doctor & her assistant were great at socializing as well, keeping me distracted while getting the job done. Organized. Clean. I would recommend this Dentist office if I were you. & It actually didn’t hurt like I thought it would. Thanks again guys, keep up the excellent work ! ❤️

I am a really bad patient for a dentist--blood pressure goes up, beads of sweat on the palms and forehead, hates the noise, overly sensitive teeth--this is a great dentist office for you to make an appointment. The staff and dentist are truly outstanding and helpful and make you feel comfortable, welcome and understand if you are afraid of the dentist like me. It was a first time for me to be at ease. I'll be back.
