I can’t say enough good things about Rock Hill Dentistry! They got me in right away. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The office was so clean and they have the best equipment I’ve seen. The doctor was so friendly and really calmed my nerves and made me feel very comfortable. I 100% recommend Rock Hill Dentistry. The experience I had at Rockhill Denistry was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in the door Alexa greeted me and was so helpful with details of the procedure she quickly took my information and minutes later I was greeted by Dr.Steppler. I was so nervous at first but that feeling was gone after speaking with Dr. Steppler he made me feel at ease and his reassurance and gentleness was a one of a kind experience for a dentist office visit I would highly recommend this place to all my friend's and family.

I had a dental emergency and the were able to get me in within hours of my call. They were referred to me by a friend after my dentist retired and they will be my new dentist. I really liked the openness of the cost of all my options.

This place is horrible with follow up. I had two major oral surgeries and never received any medication. No customer service after hours but an outside source who states they don’t work there, they just take messages. I will be pulling my business from here.

This was a awful experience. Dr Steppler had no concern or care for ny tooth which had a fracture & abscess at root
I was told bybDr Steppler after he look at the ray that I was fine & he laughed at me when I him that it was causing me extreme pain. He said the tooth was fine.
I had the tooth evaluated by another dentist & had my tooth extracted by oral surgeon same day.
Dr Steppler neglecting my Dental pain was painful & negligent.
I would never recommend Dr Steppler.

I do not recommend Rock Hill Dentistry. The list of red flags is lengthy did not let them work on my teeth will not go back. I agree with what was posted in another review the term "there is something fishy about this place" says it all.
