Hadn't been to the dentist for a long time, do to several bad experiences with other offices. I was very nervous but when went in the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful they didn't judge they me feel comfortable.

3-9-20 DO NOT GO! sign outside says $49.00 dental checkup includes cleaning and xray. I verified this was correct before being seen and they said yes. I have just received a bill for $821.00. I will be reporting this company to the BBB next.

My wife took our 8-year-old daughter to Rock Hill Dentistry and was told she had 6 cavities and needed a root canal. We took her to get a 2nd opinion and lo and behold, she only had one cavity and didn't need a root canal. How is this possible to be SO ABSOLUTELY WRONG WITH A DIAGNOSIS WITH A SMALL CHILD? Ridiculous predatory tactics. Scumbags.

Service is good, however getting reimbursement from insurance is VERY delayed.
I have been asking their office to let me know what the progress is on getting reimbursement for a procedure, and there is no interest from their part in looking into matters, since November....

Very nice staff and high-tech dentist! Loved working with Chanee, the most kind dental hygienist I have had. Highly recommend!!
