Irresponsible, tacitly racist, disrespectful
I repent the thousands of dollars I’ve spent at this implicitly racist establishment.
My wife went in for her appointment and was told that the appointment had been canceled. The receptionist, Donna, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, Donna sneered at my wife and insolently insisted that they had called twice. However, there is no record of this on my wife’s call history, nor did the dentist's office leave a message. Nor did she receive a text message or email from the dentist's office. Not once did Donna say sorry, or consider the possibility that she had dialed the wrong number.
They have consistently treated my wife, who is Latina, brusquely and rudely at cleanings and other appointments, chastising her and treating her like she was dirty. While not being outright racists, they treat me quite differently. I am white. I’ve always been treated with respect.
If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it’s a duck. If someone treats another ethnicity poorly, they are racists.
The name is a complete misnomer as this place is far from excellent.

Si parece un pato y camina como un pato, es un pato. Si alguien trata mal a otra etnia, son racistas.
El nombre es completamente inapropiado ya que este lugar está lejos de ser excelente.
