I have been going to the Burns Family Dentistry for years now. They are always very professional and show the utmost compassion. They are currently working on my second crown. Just had the temp crown put in while they prepare the permanent crown. This time, same as the last time, no pain shots necessary. I've had the experience of going to different dental groups over more than five decades and I've never had better experiences than I've had with the Burns Family Dentistry.

I am a 72 year old Dentaphobic - until my root canal this week at Excellence in Dentistr in St Peters. Frankly I had no idea it could go so well
They started on time. Explained what would take place. Did what they could to comfort and assure me. And then went to work
No pain. I actually thought something must be wrong. Dental paranoia 🤪.
I was wrong. They kept me informed of progress. Finished. And I felt great. Went to work. Nothing.
Now if they could just fix the drooling problem while the novocaine wears off 😊
