I have been fortunate in my life to have had very few dental procedures and have always faced anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Copeland was very kind and understanding, explaining each procedure and setting my mind at ease. The staff at Town Center dentistry were very professional and helpful when I schedule appointments or had any questions about billing. My teeth look fantastic and it was a wonderful visit. I won't go into all the past details, other than over a year ago I went to another dental group with the objective of obtaining a quality set of dentures. 15 months and $23,000.00 later, I was left with top denture that didn't fit; ultimately left with no teeth for 7 months. I don't believe I need to express my emotional state at the time. I was referred to Dr. Jon Copeland. I don't know what else to say other than what a blessing Dr. Copeland has been for me. After reviewing my x-rays, he immediately knew what plan would be in store for me. So I would have some semblance of "teeth," while visiting with my daughters, spouses, and grandchildren over the weekend, he took the time to realign the best he could of my existing upper denture. There are no words to express my gratitude for this act of empathy and kindness. I'm so excited to see the end result of my new and "perfect" set of dentures that Dr. Copeland if having made for me. My prayers have been answered. I'd like to also acknowledge each and every one of Dr. Copeland's staff as being professional, empathic, and extremely friendly🙂

Amazing service all around. Dr. Copeland delivers exceptional care. He takes the time to get to know you and his sense of humor would put anyone at ease. Each visit is like visiting with an old friend rather than an appointment that most people dread. He offers a range of appointment times varying on certain days from early mornings to later in the afternoon to accommodate any schedule. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, all of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. It's comforting to know that, no matter what your needs are, you will be well taken care of at each visit.

Dr. Copeland is the best dentist in Wildwood! He is so friendly, kind, patient and professional. His staff is also wonderful and explain everything they are going to do ! I used to dread the dentist visits but now with Dr. Copeland and his staff it is a pleasant experience.

Such a friendly staff! The dentist is one of my least favorite places to visit but the staff is so engaging and calming that I actually enjoy visiting. Walked into Dr. Copeland’s office 6 years ago with a mouth full of teeth that needed ALOT of work, and fixing. Dr. Copeland has been nothing short of a MIRACLE WORKER!.. I used to avoid going to the dentist out of fear of being over priced, and having unnecessary work done. NEVER ONCE have I experienced this with Dr. Copeland! He is very gentle, compassionate, and down to earth. Only does what NEEDS to be done, and will work with your financial status. Best decision I ever made! .. I feel privileged having found such an outstanding dentist in Dr. Copeland. I have been a patient of his for a few years now and I can tell you that Dr. Copeland and the staff at Town Center Dental are the best! Not only does Dr. Copeland make sure that he is the most up to date with dental techniques, but he's also equipped with the best technologies that are unparalleled to anything I've seen at other offices. He is honest and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. Dr. Copeland is committed to patient care and really cares about your health and that is what makes this office stand out from any other that I've been to before. So when the time came for my brother to have some serious dental work done, I knew that he had to go see Dr. Copeland.
Before Dr. Copeland, my brother's dental visits in the past consisted pretty much of fear- fear of the shrieking sound of the dental drill, odors from the friction of the drill and tooth, and pain. Lots of pain.
It was not until I got my brother in at Town Center Dental to see Dr. Copeland that he realized seeing the dentist wasn't so bad. Dr. Copeland and his staff are super friendly and funny and do a great job at making you feel as comfortable as possible.
Importantly, Dr. Copeland is passionate about his practice and is an educator. He spent time to educate my brother about the health of his teeth and the proper techniques for taking care of them.
During the procedure, Dr. Copeland was careful and constantly asked my brother if he was okay or experiencing any pain. He didn't rush and took his time to make sure everything was done properly.
Thanks to Dr. Copeland and his staff my brother no longer dreads visiting the dental office because they made it pleasant and literally a pain-free experience for him!!!

Outstanding, Dr.Copeland and his staff very kind and caring, Dr.Copeland and staff are family too my Husband and myself. Dr.Copeland provided service too repair a very damaged mouth, almost too the point my teeth could not be repaired. Dr. Copeland and his staff did miracles. I have beautiful white white teeth was my dream for years, teeth are very natural looking. If you need implants and permanent teeth see Dr.Copeland, he is a expert with soft hands! I am so blessed too have him and the staff for my Dental experience!! I really am so blessed too receive all the T.L.C. I receive in the office. My husband especially respects Dr.Copeland the two are like brothers and he cheers my hubby up many times when we thought the procedure would fail from the Dentist who destroyed my mouth!
