Dr. Copeland is the best! I'm very happy that I found him. I'm a horrible sissy when it's comes to dentists, but he makes the visits very nice. Very friendly staff. I'm there to stay after 20 years with my last dentist!

I had the worst experience with this facility that you could EVER have. I talked to Peggy and scheduled a deep gum cleaning around a week ago which I was told is dire to my health due to a gum disease and I had told her that I only had insurance through this year. She scheduled an appointment for me for today and called me for my appointment reminder to come into the office (I was literally right across the road) and left immediately to their office. I was there within 3- 5 minutes and began doing paperwork to sign in. Suddenly the receptionist tells me I can't be seen for the appointment I was JUST CALLED TO GO TO. She said they wouldn't see me because they told people in the office they could get off early. I had just clocked out of work and have to go back to my doctors office to work, why is it that they can't see their scheduled patients? Now I am going to not have insurance- no appointment, no cleaning all so they can have a half day off of work. I have never saw such unprofessional behavior in my life. I am not one to complain but who is organizing this??
I was supposed to see Dr Copeland and got denied from my scheduled appointment after being called and told to come to their office for my appointment. I have never been so outraged
