Really like them, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They work with my payments and health insurance. They have TV's to watch while you are back in the chair and the latest technology for tools and instruments. I usually hate going to the dentist but I don't mind going to Hays Dental!

This is a professional office with top of the line tech. The dentist was knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was doing and what he saw going on. Not only do they take normal x-rays, they also do a 3D x-ray of your entire mouth and they take pictures of all of your teeth!

I requested an emergency appointment and it was arranged within two hours of my request! An initial examination with Dr. Max discovered the problem swiftly and shared the images of what was going on. Dr. Max provided a short term fix and I had my treatment yesterday (July 18th). From start to fifinish (4 hours) I was continually informed, shown how the technology worked and remained pain free throughout. So, two crowns were fitted and I cannot rate the team highly enough. They also work with great humor, which made the visit extremely pleasant

Well the procedure was great, however after it was done I paid for the procedure in full at that time and told you NOT to bill insurance as I was not with MCA any longer. I made that perfectly clear.
Today I got a notice from MCA that you did in fact try and bill them on a policy that no longer exist. I find it a bit embarrassing

Post script. I used them again for a more complex procedure and they were and are perfect. I get treated with complete respect and everyone there is a good person

I sensed the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was irritated with me because I declined the x-rays. I sensed the irritation throughout the cleaning although I don't know her personality so it's possible I misread her. I have never had a hygienist during a cleaning where I was having the bacteria and plaque scraped off my teeth, ask me to swallow instead of having it suctioned out of my mouth. After a couple of times, I had to ask her to suction instead of me swallowing what was being scraped off of my teeth. Maybe this is now common practice? Once the dentist came and visited with me, he was very pleasant and kind but since the majority of my visit was with the hygienist, it was overall not a great experience. I would merely like to remind that it is patient choice to have certain procedures done or not and a patient should not feel bad because of that choice. Especially when the benefits and disadvantages have been explained and the patient still chooses to decline. You never know ones situation. Again, maybe I misread.
