Felton Dental Care - Dr. Brett R. Felton, DMD

I’ve been raving about Felton Dental to everyone in person, so I figured now I should do it publicly online now.
Felton Dental has been nothing but excellent in every category. Their office is beautiful and inviting, and their office staff have been so helpful with scheduling appointments around my challenging schedule, and sending me email or text reminders. I’ve had a great experience with the kind and gentle staff during cleanings, and I always feel Dr. Brett is giving me his full attention, and answering all of questions fully, but also with a pragmatic view.
I can’t recommend them enough!

It had been a very long time since I had been to the dentist and I was very anxious about going.
The building was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The waiting area is modern and allows lots of natural light. There are wonderful comfortable couches, along with a fridge and a nice coffee machine for beverages. I was greeted warmly and only waited for a few short minutes before I met Dr. Felton.
It was the first time that a dentist has ever sat down with me in an office to go over my medical and dental history and just to get to know me. Dr. Felton was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and let me know exactly what was going to take place.
The initial process of getting x-rays, photographs, and measurements was very comprehensive.
Dr. Felton came in after that was done and then completed another exam. He thoroughly explained what he had found and what was going to happen to correct the issues. It was only after this amazingly thorough exam that my cleaning commenced. Again, the assistants were very personable, professional, and always checking on my comfort level.
In closing, if you need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Felton and his staff. It was absolutely the best experience at a dentist office that I have ever had!

Going to the dentist doesn't have to suck!

I have been a patient at Felton Dental Care for years, I love my dentist and I am a customer for life. Everyone in the office is so nice, they truly make you feel welcome. The dental hygienists are wonderful, I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned as the staff are gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Felton has done amazing work on my teeth over the years, he is quick, he does everything he can to ensure I am comfortable, and explains exactly what he is doing. He also takes photos before, during, and after, which I find to be very helpful in understanding the process. I highly recommend Dr. Felton for all your dental care needs.

I have to say Dr. Felton's crew is truly stellar! From the office staff to the dental hygienist, the assistants, to Dr. Felton himself, I was treated with kindness, patience, professionalism, and more. What an awesome experience I had. I have very sensitive teeth, and the hygienist took note, talked me through everything, and found ways to ease the sensitivity throughout the whole process.. I started going to Felton dental because I have had many traumatic experiences at other dentist, orthodontist, and oral surgeons. They offer a variety of different sedation dentistry and don't treat you like your a bad person for needing it. The staff there are amazing and probably the friendliest people I have ever met. I've been going there for a few years now and because of the expert service I have received I no longer require sedation for cleanings. If you want a dentist that treats you great, and want to walk into a smiling, genuinely friendly atmosphere, than Felton dental is truly the place to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has had bad experiences elsewhere as well as anyone wanting to get there dental problems under control.

Dr. Felton is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life, and I use to work in dental administration. He is very attentive with great skill, and goes out of his way to assure my comfort. Sessions for dental work with him are quick, without worry, and truly painless. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!

One of the annoyances of moving to a new community is changing health care providers. My initial visit to Dr. Felton was a very positive experience. The front office staff, dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Felton all went out of their way to make me feel welcome and important. I am totally confident in them and look forward to receiving excellent dental health care in the future.
