Listed as a Medicaid Dental Provider. Not really true. I literally got their number from the people at DPHSS not 20 minutes ago. Just spoke with receptionist, not accepting any new medicaid patients. The glory of american healthcare at it's finest. You can only get help here if you're part of the for profit system. The few patients they "maintain" as the receptionist said are just for show then, it seems.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to !! I am In my sixties and have had a fair share of dental work. This has included dental offices in Boston , Palm Beach,and New Orleans. Missoula is so fortunate to have Dr. Felton and his team ! Truly the best ! Everyone is so friendly , professional , and understanding of personal situations. I was preparing to deploy overseas but found out I had 7 cavities that needed to be filled before I could leave. I only had 2 weeks and I wouldn't be able to leave if they weren't taken care of. After speaking with many offices that had no openings I was able to meet with Brett. Right away I could tell he was a genuinely caring and professional person. He was eager to make time to help me out and we were able to get all the work done in time. The staff was super friendly and the whole experience was very smooth and relaxed. Dr Felton was so very different from the dentists I have received from in the past - and at 63 years old there have been quite a few. Being his patient was shockingly PLEASANT! We started with a consultation and set the stage if you will for the way he would be working with me. I had a little bit of everything - an initial exam, including discussion of a broken tooth, a cleaning and an outlined approach for how to address my dental needs. When he did the crown work for the broken tooth - as everyone know this is second only to a root canal, he was ever watchful to my needs and how I was handling the work as it progressed. For the first time ever I accepted (and it is an option in his office) the 'laughing gas' to help me relax and to take the edge off the work taking place. Ever grateful I am to his gentle and considerate care. I highly recommend his work and the wonderfully caring and supportive staff who reflect his nature and work ethic so well.

This was my first appointment with them and I am very pleased. As soon as i walked in, front-desk staff acknowledged and greeted me kindly. The lounge area looks very clean and cozy. The dental hygienist was also super friendly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and properly did my cleaning with good care. Highly recommend them!
