Everyone at Felton Dental is very friendly, inviting, and professional. I've tried other dentists in Missoula and was beyond pleased when I landed at Felton. Not only are they efficient and thorough, you feel like you have a say in your own healthcare. They are always willing to give options and guide you through decisions, but help you make the choice that best fits your needs.

My wonderful experience at Felton Dental began with a phone call... Julie, who is a delightful receptionist, assured me they would not be scared to take care of my teeth even though it had been 8 years since my last dental appointment. When I came in for my exam and x-rays, Dr. Felton treated me like an old friend- not like a stranger off the streets with a dirty mouth. Thank you for that Dr. Felton. Today, Nancy, the dental hygienist, knocked the chunks off and swept the nooks and crannies in such a way that I think she might have enjoyed it! She was soft and gentle and addressed my concerns and questions like a genuine angel. So, if you are looking for a new dental practice- for an exam, cleaning or getting some old fillings fixed- or even if you like going to the dentist just for kicks- I strongly recommend Felton Dental Care.

Dr. Felton is aware of my fear of dentistry and he always shows such compassion, patience and professionalism to me. All of the staff are very friendly, courteous, helpful and pleasant.

I recently moved from Missoula after living there for about six years and had seen Dr. Felton for my dental care the entire time. I believe I have never had better dental care anywhere than I received from Dr. Felton. And, I don’t think my dental health has ever been better. Dr. Felton and his staff are thorough, professional, friendly and conscientious. Over the course of my treatment, Dr. Felton and his hygienists maintained a high level of preventative care and Dr. Felton restored several aging fillings and crowns. I always felt my dental health was their first concern.

I visited Dr. Felton on an emergency visit. His staff was able to accommodate my schedule and I had an appointment within a day of calling in. I was greeted by a very welcoming staff that made the new appointment process a breeze. I was then introduced to Dr. Felton who took me into a side room where we got to know each other. This was much appreciated as I wasn't just another customer to him. He actually cared who I was and was genuinely interested in what I had to say.

The appointment went very smoothly, and Dr. Felton as well as his assistants kept me informed the entire exam. This made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I wont lie, I hate going to the dentist, but I'm looking forward to visiting again after my appointment. I've even recommended him to several co-workers.

By far it was the best visit to a dentist's office that I've ever had.

I'm a long-time patient who has benefited more than once from his thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile. His office staff mirrors his manner and I have encountered only efficiency in their well-run office. Definitely 5 stars!

I chose Dr. Brett Felton as my new dentist upon recently moving to Missoula. I was impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of him and his team. Having moved several times, I have never had a dentist so carefully examine my mouth and jaw, take a better array of x-rays, nor converse so much in getting to know me and my needs. I was so impressed!

Everyone I encountered in the office was warm, friendly and caring which made me feel confident in the choice I have made.

Dr Felton and his team are outstanding! As someone who has historically loathed going to the dentist, I can honestly say that they address all worries and concerns during visits. He discusses and educates on all aspects of the treatment plan, and he is more than accommodating if changes to the plan are desired.

I’ve always hated the dentist, but this was a the best dental experience I’ve had to date. On my first visit, Dr. Felton sat down with me and discussed any concerns I might have, my level of comfort with having dental work done, and any past experiences. This was great because it gave me a chance to mention bad experiences where I’ve been in pain before I’m trying to mumble that around a piece of equipment in my mouth. Dr. Felton took these into great consideration and made sure I was comfortable in every procedure. The laser thing they have for cavity removal is also quite cool! I had 3 cavities removed and fillings put in with no numbing and very very minimal soreness afterwards. I thought the “payment at the time of service” thing was kind of odd at first, beings as most companies usually just bill your insurance first, but it turned out okay! They are very quick at getting things to insurance companies so you can be reimbursed (by the insurance company). Last couple times I’ve gotten a check within a few weeks👍🏼
Overall, great staff and have had great experiences there. Would definitely recommend!!
