dr. felton and all of his staff are all extremely kind, professional and helpful. took great care of my teeth, but also made insurance, appointments, follow-ups, etc. very easy and hassle free. nancy was my hygienist for the years i went to dr. felton and she was great- very friendly, kind, gentle and thorough. would recommend to anyone.

I've had several dentists and can recount both good and bad experiences but this practice is the best I've visited by a fair margin. I'm genuinely shocked to have found it in a little town like Missoula.

The office is comfortable and the staff both personable and professional. They talk with new patients to assess their experiences and comfort with dental care. During care, they maintain communication to make sure you're comfortable and that you know what they're doing.

I was most impressed by how this practice balances modern techniques with a high level of experience. In the past I have found that most dentists with experience lag behind on new developments and, conversely, that practitioners of the latest techniques are often fresh out of school. Here, I was surprised to find a veteran staff that does things differently (and better) than any other practice I have visited.

As a particular example of the above points, no dentist I've visited before has used localized novocaine instead of numbing the entire nerve. The effect was profoundly different: the teeth that needed fillings were dead numb for the entire procedure starting about a minute after the shot. In the past with more typical numbing of the entire nerve, I lost numbness partway through and needed additional shots. I accepted this as normal. But here, I didn't feel any pain at all. It was without question the best experience I've ever had for a filling.

The care I got here was exceptional. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I had an implant place over 10 years ago, in the past few years I began to notice a grey color at the gym line on both my implant and crown. These teeth were right in my smile line. I was self conscious about they greying at the gym line, the color of my teeth and the disproportions. Not to mention that I had composite on my two front teeth, and was in need of crowns. Dr. Felton addressed all of these concerns. The results are unbelievable. I am so pleased with my smile now, which is a huge change for someone who used to cover her mouth when she would smile.

My experience at Dr. Felton's office has been very positive. He and his staff make a trip to the dentist as good as it possibly can be.

I have a very difficult schedule to work with. Dr. Feltons office bends over backwards to help me get in when I can. In a world where so many great services have become the base line for businesses, Dr. Felton and his staff are truly above and beyond the norm.

Usually not a fan of the dentist, but Dr. Felton and his entire staff were wonderful. Everyone was extremely patient and thorough. I will definitely be back. Great place!
