Do not know what happened to this place. First Dr Melcher is no longer there. Wasn’t informed of that until I was in the chair. Went in for yearly cleaning and they tried to upsell a deep clean as “a new patient”. I refused and they wouldn’t even clean despite the deep clean was done with Dr Melcher. Understand this is not a simple procedure as it involves major novicane and anesthesia. Also wanted to reorder my envisalign retainer. Said they didn’t have those records. Bottom line when the conversation with staff was over they lied about knowing where Dr. Melcher went and blamed their new computer system for not having my records. Also for some reason this time my insurance was billed as Plattsmouth Dental. I won’t be back

My family has been going to Dr. Dworak now for many years and he treats everyone spectacularly. We have also been seen by other doctors on staff and they follow his lead. His Hygienist's have the greatest personalities and are very thorough, even when it comes to scolding me for not flossing enough. Last but not least the Office Staff make billing and appointments easy. They even make paying for dental work a pleasant experience. Everything that goes on inside his very efficient, new facility is the best. My family also likes that he gives back the community with free dental days. If you have not given them a chance, you should!

I had to go in for some issues with my teeth. They were able to get me in due to a cancelation. I had to see a few diffrent people and I cannot for the life of me remember the first hygienist name but the second Sam was very helpful and explained everything to me. Even when I was having a depressed moment. This was my first visit and I do have to go back in couple days for my procedure but so far I recommend this practice.

My family started going to Jeff Dworak when he first opened his office in Plattsmouth ( 15ish years ago?). I was just a teenager, and I am still going. So cool to see how his practice has grown and expanded. I've never had a bad hygienist or dentist experience there. Everyone there is fantastic and makes me feel comfortable. If I ever moved far away, I would probably try to time my trips back to visit friends and family to my dental checkups and cleanings. That's how much I love them!

This place is such a family friendly place. The staff is awesome, pricing and payment plans are upfront. This was the 2nd time in life I had a deep cleaning and this time with capehart it was done properly. If you are looking for a family friendly, non franchise dental company who are not trying to sell you a bunch of products, and if you want to be treated well, then come to capehart family dentistry, and tell them Deshon Bradley referred you, you won’t be disappointed

Since day one I have had a wonderful experience with Capehart Family Dentistry. All of their staff have made my dental experience welcoming. I referred someone and I received a thank you gift in the mail which was very unexpected (A Target gift card to boot!). I also enjoy that I am able to continue the work I am having with the same hygienist every visit, Claire is amazing and is very personable. Thank you to all of the staff at Capehart Family, I will continue being seen there and continue to spread the word to friends.

The staff is very caring and generous. They surprised my son with cupcakes and sang to him when he had a checkup on his birthday. It was way above and beyond what I would have expected or asked for. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great, family-oriented dentist.

Very friendly staff...not very skilled dentists. I never have had issues with my teeth and I started going here. They tell me I need two fillings. I get them done and two months later have severe pain in my jaw which I’ve never had. They had me come in and they say my filling wasn’t filed low enough. While “fixing” it the dentist says “whoops”. Two months later I have the same pain in my mouth. There were two different dentists who worked on me. While everyone was very friendly I advise you find a different facility with more skilled dentists.
