Capehart Family Dentistry - Bellevue

My husband and I's Dentist is out on emergency leave and Hubby had a bad tooth. They did a quick, efficient, professional and AMAZING job with the xrays and getting to the bottom of hubby's problem. I had taken him to a different dentist in town with not as good results, plus I love their sanitary measures and how they treat their customers, we look forward to going there while our doctor is out...GREAT JOB!!! I am happy to report same day hubby is finally pain free.

My first experience here was an emergency dental procedure. They rushed me into care and handled the things like paperwork and all else after when my spouse arrived to support me. This really left an impression that they care about the people who walk through their doors. We saw them for about a year before being stationed elsewhere. We recently moved back to the area and I fell on my stairs and hit my teeth hard. Again, they gave me the lasting impression that they care about my teeth and my health by getting me quick care and scheduling follow ups. The staff were great with the children. The waiting room looked nice and clean, and the facility was neat, modern, and professional.

I was quite anxious about my appointment today and it had been a very long time since I had visited a dentist. All of the staff made me feel very comfortable and Katie, the hygienist that worked on me was amazingly patient with me, making sure I was comfortable and explaining everything to me. Dr. Duvall was very professional as well as kind and caring. I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience before at a dental office!

Wonderful clinic! I enjoyed the new patient walk through, clean and modern space, and friendly and professional staff. I had kelsey as my hygienist and she was Wonderful! 😊 She was very personable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. It was also nice to connect on a personal note (chatting about my wedding and her upcoming one). I will definitly be back and cannot believe how 'in the program' they are compared to my previous clinic in Wisconsin. 😊

The entire organization is full of competent and friendly professionals who clearly love their jobs, their customers, and their community. A special thanks to Candace for her honesty and attention to detail - I do my best to keep her work load down every time I see her! Thanks, y'all!

Went to dr McCoy this afternoon. In a lot of pain from a bad root canal (which I got there in 2018) my teeth were throbbing which I told her and she proceeded to cold test them and tap on each tooth ( now I’m getting sharp pains in my jaw) she needed to see which tooth was bad. (even though I told her which tooth started hurting first and that I couldn’t bite down at all) I expected that and I understand why. Here’s what I didn’t expect the way to fix it is to go to a root canal specialist… what I’m at a dentist office and they can’t fix it 😳 I’m on a very tight budget I can’t afford a specialist and shouldn’t need one. Apparently the X-ray didn’t show a big enough infection so no antibiotics either. She asked if she could realign them I did not know what this meant I said I guess- I’m already in tears - that meant she’s going to take her a little grinder thing and just go with my teeth still not numbing a thing . No I didn’t really feel it, just a little because my teeth are already throbbing. I left in pain and in tears I called back and asked if we could at least try the antibiotics nope! take 800 mg of ibuprofen three times a day my stomach can’t handle that . I take infection seriously apparently they don’t -unless it’s big then maybe I don’t know. never going back.. I can’t afford to pay for nothing.

Lindsey was outstanding, I really enjoyed my time with her. Dr Duvall was his outstanding self. You guys are the best.

I had a dental emergency! They got me in right away... The entire staff was super friendly! They got me in and out so fast with a follow up appointment that fit my schedule. The atmosphere was so calming, which is important for me because I am usually uncomfortable at the dentist. I felt so relaxed and as a new Nebraskan, our family has found our dental home!

Never have I ever felt so comfortable and confident I'm in the right hands then when I'm being helped at Capehart Family Dentistry. Thank you for the great level of customer service and expert dental work. Very impressed by the Doctor and his team of dentist and the front desk team as well. 10/10.

How many people come out of the dentist's office saying, "Man, I had a great time!" Well, when Lauren is your dental hygienist you will. Her great attitude and sense of fun turned my 6-month cleaning into a mini-party. She does a fantastic job. Plus, the entire staff is professional and welcoming. Keep up the great work!
