WOW I am AMAZED at Capehart’s gentle comforting and caring dentist and staff. Melissa was my dental hygienist and she was nothing but AMAZING! You can truley see she loves what she does and made sure I was comfortable Answered all of my questions and even held my hand while I was being seen by the dentist. From the front desk staff who got me an appointment as a first time patient the same day I called and worked so hard to get me my extraction scheduled the very next day! Wow! I love this place my sister referred me and had nothing but good things to say about Capehart I am extremely happy with their care!

I get very anxious when I go to the dentist. Every visit I had before I went to cape hart only seemed to make me more anxious and nervous. However when I went into day I was completely surprised by how nice everyone is and how relaxing everything felt when I walked in the door. Even though I do have some problems with my teeth I feel more confident and less fearful about them thanks to this visit.
The staff are really one of a kind and always ready to help with any questions. Because I was able to get my questions answered I feel less afraid and anxious about my next appointments and tooth hygiene in general. I am so thankful I was able to find them abs I would recommend them to anyone who is overly anxious or terrified of going to the dentist. This was the best dentist visit I ever had! I’m actually looking forward to my next teeth cleaning

Great staff. Jenny is my hygienist and is 5-star awesome. Everyone pleasant and seems happy. I took away the two stars due to the owner requiring masking of guests. A mask mandate is a big PR no-no. Should it be made optional for guests I'll give back two stars for a 5-start rating.

I love Capehart Family Dentistry! Miss Lindsey our dental hygienist was very personable and helpful with my 2 year olds check up! She gave some great tips! I have been a customer of Capehart for the last 5 years! A definite recommend for anyone looking for a new dental place or if they are new to town! Thank you for your customer service! This was about my 3-4 appointment. My first few appointments were above par with care and patient treatment. If I’m being honest my tech this time was less interactive although she was thorough. She did explain everything, but felt much less personal.

I have some bad gums and a ton of anxiety about dentistry (part of the reason for my bad gums) so having a less personal visit made my visit a little more nerve racking than my previous appointments. I’ll be going back as it was bad customer service I just personally wish for a little more personal interaction to ease the anxiety of an already awkward situation and it also helps to make it much less judgy. Feeling judged about my mouth health doesn’t not make me want to return. Although I know I need to do I will.

Today was my first time at Capehart Family Dentistry and it was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a dental office. The front desk staff were so friendly, gave me a tour, and a welcome gift. My dental hygienist, Katie, was so friendly and gentle and easy to chat with. It had been 3 years since my last visit (which was a negative experience) and it was such a relief to have discovered such a GREAT establishment. I'll definitely be back!!!

I've been a client of Capehart Family Dentistry since October of this year and I could not recommend a better place! I brought my 2 year daughter here for her first visit and they were so kind and patient with her. I myself have been in for a couple of cleanings and some fillings. Our dental hygienist Lauren is amazing. I love that she takes the time to explain everything that she's doing and why. She was so understanding and sweet. If you're new to town or just looking for a new Dentist, look no further!

I can not say enough kind words about this place. The staff is absolutely heartwarming. I can actually say I look forward to going to the dentist! That’s how great the experience is here. Dr. Duval and his assistant, Ardea have been beyond kind and caring. They are patient and explain what is being done. Their goal is your comfort. The ease of insurance and billing and pricing were wonderful. By far this has been the greatest dentist and dental experience I have ever had. Everything about this office is astounding. I highly recommend Capehart Family Dentistry to everyone. Even all my coworkers have followed suit and switched from where they were before to now coming here. You become family!

I have been a patient here now for two years since moving into the area from out of state and this is my favorite dental practice of the few I have used. I was there today, in fact, and left extremely satisfied. They're prompt, provide accurate billing, communicate via text, and have been flexible when I have needed. The hygienists are meticulous, but without causing any pain, the dentists are professional and ask thoughtful questions.

The entire Capehart Family Dentistry team always makes me feel welcomed. They are polite and professional in all that they do. Miss Lindsey does exceptional work and explains everything in detail pertaining to the current status of your teeth, what procedures she will be doing and she even makes sure you are comfortable through the entire process.
