I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was taken care of at Lincoln Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who took my name and asked if I wanted a water. After I was signed in I waited in the waiting area which is both contemporary and clean. A short while later Sydney, a dental hygienist, called my name and took me back to one of the exam rooms. Sydney asked about the health of my teeth as well as my thoughts about coming to the dentist. I told her it really wasn't my favorite place because of how sensitive my teeth are when I go in for cleanings. During my cleaning Sydney asked several times if I was doing okay and I could tell she genuinely cared about my comfort. It was by far the best dental cleaning I've ever had! After my teeth were cleaned Dr. O'Hara came in and I was so impressed by her professionalism and kindness - she was super easy to talk to. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked into the office to the time I left. I highly recommend Lincoln Family Dentistry!

The dentist is a scary place for me but I have been amazed by how caring and patient the staff are. They understand how scary it can be there and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I also like how well they explain what’s going on with your teeth and the best route to help improve your smile 😃

The staff is friendly and answered any questions I had. The dentist was also friendly and professional and explained things well for the filling I had to get and the overall health of my teeth. I have had a great experience so far with the two visits I have taken. The ability to save a little more by using certain payment types is also a great option.

Outstanding Dental Care! I have been to many dentists over the years and Dr. O'Hara and her team are by far the best. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything she is doing and is incredibly patient. If she can deal with my phobia of dentists, she can deal with anything. For the first time in many years, I feel like my mouth is very healthy! Thank you Dr. O'Hara!

Highly recommend! I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist (who is?), but I've been so impressed by how much care the staff takes to make sure my visit is comfortable and pain free. They also take the time to fully explain procedures so that you know what to expect.

This clinic is great. The place is clean and beautiful. The staff is really nice, professional, attentive, and understanding. They’re very flexible and usually can get you in even sooner than your scheduled appointment. And of course they’re dentists and hygenists know what they’re doing and treat you like you’re the only person they’ve seen or talk to that day. They’re very caring and engaging. Would definitely recommend coming here for a visit.

The dentist was wonderful in explaining everything to me. My dental hygienist Amy was amazing with great conversation and provided very helpful tips during the teeth X-ray process. The customer service is amazing and all of the people that work there are very kind and professional.
