My dental cleaning went well. The dental hygienist was very friendly and my appointment was completeled in a timely manner. The dentist was nice too.

Nicest staff ever. No one likes going to the dentist but it’s a necessary evil and these guys make it tolerable. I normally get super anxious and worked up about the info they give and they’re great at explaining things, recommending treatments and not making everything a big deal.

I have severe anxiety about dentists which also prevented me from going. I started having a tooth ache which grew more intense in a matter of days. I called Horizon as they were close and offered a form of sedation dentistry. Very glad I did. They were able to get me in the next day. They were very understanding of my anxiety and took extra care to put me at ease as much as possible. They also did not make me feel bad/embarrassed for not having been to a century in years.
The did the exam and explained everything needingb to be done carefullyn while enduring I was comfortable moving forward.
They clearly presented estimated charged before any work.
The team worked to ensure I had no pain Durning the procedure. In the past after having a similar procedure I experienced pain for days, but after Dr. Mieryes' work I've had no pain.
Even better, the office was not happy with the results of what my insurance returned as what they would cover. They kept in touch with my insurance and we're able to drop my responsibility by $70 while I was getting the work done.
I really feel like they strive to provide complete patient care and really look out for what's best for me.

I was very pleased with the precautions taken during this time of Covid19. Everyone wore a mask, they checked my temperature before letting me come inside. It was all done very efficiently. This visit took no longer than previous ones.

I am thrilled to say that after calling multiple sites stating they are “emergency”, Horizon was the only one that made time to see me immediately!!! They were kind and efficient, searching the internet to assist me with finding my dental insurance (as I had not used it nor did they send me a card). They did xr’s And found the source of my SEVERE/DEBILITATING painThey are absolutely the best!!! I will be following up with them!!!

They were nice people, when I walked into the place, it smelled nice, it wasn’t packed so I could sit in a place where the environment was pretty awesome, it was quiet just the way I like it. So I’m going to be going back soon for a consultation.
