Wonderful staff—everyone is friendly, genuine and considerate of my time. The dentist was very direct about a service I asked about and he told me it would be purely cosmetic and explained from a dental aspect why my teeth were in good shape and wouldn’t benefit. I love that they didn’t just try to take my money. They also volunteered to do an estimate just in case I wanted it later and offered to check my insurance before every service they mentioned, even if it only costed $10.

I am a creature of habit and haven't left because I've been going here for a very long time. I really like my dental hygienist and Dr. Sheldon is good, too. For a long time there was really rude lady at the front who took payments, phone calls, etc. and she was almost the reason my wife and I switched. I say 4 stars for that reason, the fact they stopped doing even limited Saturday appointments or extended hours, AND because I am constantly getting confirmation texts and phone calls. Right now, I get it with all the new restrictions, but I frequently texted a few times to confirm, followed by a phone call a week before and then a day beforehand making me feel like I'll lose my appointment if I don't keep confirming. Place is clean and most appointments go without hitch. I cant say if prices are high or low because I'm not that informed. My hygienist is probably the only reason this is a 4 star and not a 3 star or lower.

Your front staff will s very welcoming. Caring staff. Always receive great care. Carmen does a great job. I appreciate that she tells me everything she is going to do before starting/ what to expect & what she finds. . I enjoy visiting with her. Dr. Sheldon is very personable & caring. He is thorough, tells me what he sees & gives recommendations on appropriate care. He answers all my questions.

Dr. Sheldon has been treating me for over 35 years. That’s well over 70 appointments, and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve received nothing but top notch care from Dr. Sheldon and his staff. Everyone is professional, friendly, and make me feel that they truly appreciate my business.

I am extremely upset! We have seen Dr. Sheldon for years and he has Always taken us in when we have had pain weather it’s a repeat cracked cap or new and now with the new dr. They are sending us to a specialist. I am extremely angry with this cuz she is in pain NOW. She called the specialist and they will only do a consult on Monday! That is extremely disappointing when she is in pain, NOW!
I will not come back to Horizon dental again! I won’t refer anyone there as well! I am angry!

I had a concern about some tingling sensation so I called yesterday late afternoon and was seen in this am. That doesn’t always happen at other dentists. Good news not a cavity.
