I absolutely loved my experience with Absolute Dental team in the Market St Office in Carson City, Nevada!!! They made me feel extremely comfortable and calm, I say calm because I was having high amount of anxiety, about being there. I'm not the type of person that gets anxieties about things, but I believe the dentist is different. They recognize my discomfort and went out of their way to make me comfortable and I would recommend them to anybody. I really enjoyed being there at the dentist office and I never thought I would say that.

They did a great job on my new teeth . Better then the teeth I was born with a def 10 star review if I could give one . Highly recommended for Great customer service and quality of work . Drs are all very efficient to make you happy with your care thanks everyone ..

Abosolute Dental is absolutely the worst dentist office I've ever went to. They make you fill mountains of paperwork everytime you go (some paper forms ask you for the same information three times on the same page), all they care is about the money (they charge you before they perform the procedures!) and the front desk staff is the most hostile, arrogant and condescending. They are bullies and they act as if they are doing you a favor, and if you don't like tough! I will nor recommend this place to anyone!

The manager Sabrina is the most childish rudest person she forced me to pay for braces and she promised to give back my money after the orthopedic took the braces off and then decided to lie to my husband by saying she never said that which she did she promised me my money she even said that her boss authorized for me to get all of my money back then on top of that she kicked my son out of all of the absolute dental offices for no reason while also knowing that my son has autism this place only cares about money and I have also called her boss numerous times and left messages and I have yet to hear from her boss Emily I don’t recommend this place especially for people with disabilities because Sabrina miss treats patients with disabilities and she also refuses to call medical insurance companies so she can steal your money

I'm very afraid of dentist. Absolute was recommended by a friend. I called and they got me in the same day. I had two teeth on the bottom back that had to be removed. The infection was so painful. From the time I arrived to when I left everyone there was so carring and understood my fear. I was very lucky to have Dr C. Carpenter be my dentist, he was wonderful. He told me everything he'll be doing and while removing the 2 teeth he told me step by step what he was doing. I was very grateful. He totally understood my fear and did a wonderful job making me feel safe and not to worry.
Dr C Carpenter will be my dentist when I'm in need for help.
Thank you so much Dr Carpenter for everything.
