blows me away to see all these great reviews, I've been here twice both were horrible experience, the little girl who does the insurance is incompetent to say the least!! the very funny part was when the young lady told me I had no insurance, so I called the insurance company from the dental chair, of course I had insurance, and all was covered, she became inraged that I had done her job, then she said my insurance didn't cover anything,I had just checked . It was all under my insurance, the girl in front then directed the dentist to leave me there until she figured thing out, I sat there for two hours, finally the dentist seeing her office manager knew nothing, said I will just fill your tooth, I thought that was very kind of her,then the office manager came in and said we don't do things for free, the dentist was in shock at her rudeness, the dentist apologised many times,needless to say, after three hours I paid cash for a filling that was covered by insurance, worst place ever, Rude, I in turn went to another dentist, in which my insurance covered all procedures, DON'T GO HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

Love absolute dental they are so kind and very easy with me and the kids as well ..normally hate goin to the dentist but felt comfortable and relaxed at absolute they worked with me and made the kids relaxed as well. I would recommend absolute to anyone looking for a great dentist !!!

Overall good. Initial appointment was very delayed - took 2 hours to have an initial exam. Came back for a filling and cleaning and had complete opposite experience - very fast, efficient and professional.
