Absolute Dental - Market

The folks at absolute dental are wonderful. I like most people dislike going to the dentist. The staff at absolute dental were friendly and very reassuring. Walking me through the steps of my procedure helped a lot but I was still nervous until the told me the shot was already in my gym line for numbing, wow, I didn’t even feel it. I was less worried after not even realizing I had gotten the numbing shot by being distracted, looking forward to the next time I get some work done, they were great

I took my three kids into the office today. The staff is super efficient, I was able to get the x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatment, two sealants, and one cavity fixed over three patients in less than 2 hours. They were able to let me know right away what my insurance covered and what was not covered. There was no guessing or waiting for a second appointment to fix the cavity. I was very impressed. The doctor was great to deal with as well.

After waiting 1month for appointment I spent 2 hours getting X-rays and imprints with an excellent Dr from Las Vegas location, when we finished the receptionist staff acted like they didn’t know what was going on.. I needed next appointment , and for them to to take the next steps by submitting my Insurance approval.. the receptionists would not assist me in doing their job by calling for next step approval .. they asked me to do their job.. ??? After spending 2hours creating new dental plan.. very confusing.. and very rude and disrespectful. I left very upset and when I called my Liberty Dental Insurance, they confirmed that receptionist was supposed to call them for approval and set up the next appointment.. I am a senior and this was very upsetting for me.

The staff here are nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! They are both courteous and professional (thank you Tami). You can clearly see that they take pride in their work and always put the needs of the patient first and foremost. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of top notch dental care and outstanding service!

I have finally had a GREAT dental experience. I suffer with great Anxiety so dental work is very challenging for me. Thank you Dr. Carpenter and Brenda for making my dental work unbelievably easy and comforting. Thank you to the front staff who listened to my worries and got me an appointment made for same day service! All around GREAT experience!

I like one of the techs she was amazing with my kid when he was scared and the main dr was good but the rest of the staff was terrible thats why they are getting a 2 star and a review. The guy that cleans teeth got a attitude with me when I said we will pass on capping my kids teeth and he threw his tools down and stomped off to get someone else to "make" me allow it.. now when we called about a Prescription they "sent" in all I got was Attitude and he hung up. I would not call if it was already sent in and we waited 5 hrs. Worst customer service ever.

Very budget friendly, they take people with no insurance and offer payment plans regardless of credit! Dentists are personable and take time to explain procedures, and make sure you’re completely numb before starting invasive procedures. Also the dentist isn’t pushy about what you decide to do. He gives his recommendation, office staff comes in to talk about price, and you get to decide what you would like to do from there. Also tries to save all your teeth, isn’t “pull happy.”
Over all AMAZING LOCATION!

I came to this office expecting the worse. My past experiences w dentists have been frustrating to say the least. The dentist was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. She answered all my questions appropriately and left me w a good overall feeling. Thank you I plan to follow her plan and keep up my dental health in the future.
