Absolute Dental - Market

I recommend this office for all of my friends and family. The staff there is not only very knowledgeable, but makes someone who has very bad dental anxiety like me, completely forget about my anxiety. Thank you for a great experience Dr. Carpenter and staff!

My visits to the carson ab dental have been surprisingly pleasant. The dentist has done the extra "little things" that might keep me from coming back and spending more money. I truly have experienced that this dentist and her staff believe and care about my oral health over everything else. When my crowns were completed the dentist and her assisstant were genuinely happy and excited for me and my new smile.

If you respect your friends and family do not EVER recommend this place to them.. Waited on hold for 30min, and was denied an emergency appointment for nothing! Probably for the best but definitely wouldn’t go here

This was my first dental visit ever and I absolutely loved it! They were so nice and they spoke to me in a none condescending tone, which I greatly appreciate! I can actually say I had fun! Thank you guys so much! I cant wait to come back!!! ^.^

While the staff was very polite, I did not really enjoy spending 2 hours with them without any treatment. I called for gum pain and was offered a last minute cancellation for 10:30 am that
day. I arrived at 10:15 am to fill out paperwork as I am a new patient. I then sat quietly until 11:15 and asked if I could expect service anytime soon. I am new in town so I wasn't sure if this was standard practice. I was told that since I was a walk-in/emergency they would accommodate me as soon as possible. I didn't understand this since I had taken someone's cancellation. Finally around 11:45 the hygienist took me back and started on a full set of x-rays. Around 12:15 I finally got tired of waiting and decided to just cut my losses and leave. They said I had to wait for x-rays, and they were almost done. I just told them I didn't have two more hours to waste and walked out. They tried to schedule the cleaning for me but they were booked for 12 more days and I just didn't have the patience at that point to even think about coming back.

They had me waiting in the dentists chair for close to 8 hours (even though I had my appointment scheduled for over a week) all because they decided to over book themselves even though they couldn't handle that many people ... I should have left instead of waiting for so long but they kept assuring me that I was the next person up. They made no apologies and got attitudes every time I mentioned I needed to get seen because I was in a lot of pain and I had to go. They go through dentists so frequently that it starts to feel like you don't know who is gonna be working on your teeth. They change their prices just about as frequently as they change out their doctors... and by change prices I mean raise :( The dentists and dental hygienists here were constantly horrible with their customer service. The only thing about any of my visits with them that was even remotely good, in any way, was their office manager who was really nice and understanding. I wouldn't recommend going to these people, you'll regret it.

In a way I could understand. More visits to follow. I would recommend this dental office. Very nice and caring people. Excellent care.

I booked an appointment for my mother by calling their 800 number. The lady on the phone was beyond nasty and rude. At the end of the phone call the lady didn't even give me the full address of the office so I had to call back and speak with her again as she was continuously rude. I got a text alert for the appointment and further saw they spelled my mother's name wrong despite me giving it to the representative several times. This is why I don't go to semi franchise type of dental or other services , they forget the customer in the customer service aspect of business. Very unpleasant experience will definitely never come back to this dental firm not recommend it to anyone else.
