I'll tell you what, I absolutely hate going to the dentist but the staff at this location is absolutely amazing the dentist was awesome and easy to talk to, and all the ladies there are so super pretty, sweet, kind, professional, helpful and sooo friendly they actually made my day, I'd give them 100 stars 🌟 if I could.. thank you for turning my nightmare into a daydream

I came to Absolute 5 years ago and chickened out, not being confident in myself or the dentist that I saw. I've finally made the decision to go back and do what is and has been very necessary even though my fear is still high. Dr Carpenter made me feel confident and comfortable with my dental plan and so my journey to smiling and getting back my self esteem Begins!

I have had two procedures and one check up over the past 6 months; never get any call backs to make an appointment. They say they will have someone call, but do not. Emergency line is useless and front office never returns calls. The front office end is full of chatty receptionists talking of their day, at both locations. Horrible customer service. They do not care if you are in pain or not or have bone sticking out from a procedure! The Veterans Affairs had sent me here and is paying for them to service me. Definitely would not recommend.

Best dentist visit I have had in a very long time! The staff are friendly and informative very knowledgeable and helpful. They go over every step clearly and thoroughly the Doctor was very professional and generous with the numbing, he also went over the whole plan. The procedure went flawlessly, I had two wisdom teeth pulled and I didn’t feel a thing! Office staff are fantastic! (Thank you kaylie!) Very fast and efficient will definitely go back.

Dr. Carpenter and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have been apprehensive to seek dental care, yet they made me feel welcome and were more than accommodating. The initial exam was quick and efficient, I was scheduled for a cleaning the very next day. I plan to continue my dental plan including braces and regular cleaning appointments in the near future. They accepted my insurance and billing was very simple. I would definitely recommend absolute dental to anyone seeking a friendly, clean and professional environment. 5 stars.
