This place is terrible. The toy center is dirty and looked like it hasnāt been wiped in ages. Also they wouldnāt let me in ādue to Covidā and had my son, which is 4, go in by himself. Itās not that he canāt be there by himself but my issue is since heās 4, I should be there to make sure the process is done properly and with care.
I will be looking for a different place after that experience.

Dr . Lindsey is the most amazing Dr there . She always made my children feel very comfortable. There are about 3 assistants in this office that are good too . But the wait times are ridiculous. Hours later just to say they couldn't get treatment done because they have other patients . Being a medicaid patient.. all the other Drs and staff feel its best to "crown" every baby tooth because in their opinion it's best in the long run . But what parent wants their child to run around with all silver teeth? Working in the field , I 100% believe the Dr when they diagnose treatment but this place over diagnosis! Second opinions are a must . The office let us go as patients after 6+years of loyalty to this place because they believe we just couldn't get on the same page . What a joke right ? We will definitely miss Dr Lindsey and a few assistants here .

I have been taking my daughter to Small Smiles since she was 1 1/2 yrs. old. She has had a good experience at every visit she's had, and she is now 10 yrs. old. The doctors and staff have been patient with her and make her feel comfortable. They explain my child's treatment and helped choose the best treatment route for her.

Quiet a toddler scream-fest when we arrived. But the staff was Excellent, it is a shame they cant do root canals, but they were very helpful with my sons' referral. He's getting 7 fillings in the next month so i will be checking back in for future reviews, But this Review is 4-5. Thanks a million Small Smiles for a great First visit.

I love the work that is performed and the hygenists as they are kind and patient, however I am giving a one because of the rude unorganized front office staff. I scheduled appts for my 2 daughters for 2:00. After taking one back and leaving the other we sat there for over thirty minutes and I went to check to see what the hold up was on the second appointment was on the second appointment and the girl in the front very rudely tells me oh your other appointment was set for 3:00 when all confirmations say 2:00. The disorganization is very discouraging and not good customer serviceš¤¬
