I went in as a new patient for my dentures and I was able to start today they gave me a plan that works best for me they were very gentle never had a gentle dentist or assistant dentist this office deserve an award for best dentist office in Nevada. I would truly recommend western dental and orthodontics. The dentist is the best in Nevada I can honestly say he take pride in how your smile looks when I went in to try my teeth in I never felt so confident in myself my smile will be so much cleaner. made an appointment on Monday, scheduled for wednesday, arrived at 9:50, got in at 10:30 needed to get x rays before treatment of a crown reset. Whole procedure was very profesional and the invoice was very reasonable even though it was just a reset, I got my teeth cleaned also and am very satisfied even though in Mexico it would be about 1/4 the price and that is where I usually go for dental care, but will recommend this place. Thoughtful, friendly and not a sticker shock like some of the other dentists.

So my husband was dying in pain and I called on the phones yesterday and they said that they can get them emergency visit. He’s been dying to paying for three weeks for an extraction. I just called the representative and said please I canceled the other appointments to remove this extraction for the last three weeks is in pain. Can you ask your doctor to consider taking his insurance? They don’t accept Medicaid since November of last year after they made me the appointment and told me to near $500 100 and something for the exam in 380 and she wouldn’t even consider asking the doctor to have courtesy that he wasDieing in pain so doctors that only want to work for the money I don’t recommend going to so when you read this they only care about about if you’re in pain thx u god see all I beg u ask your doctor but it was chash deal or some type of other insurance initially Wester dental that made the appointme

I originally had a poor review however after they reached out to make things right and was able to honor my insurance, I was able to get all my dental work completed in a good amount of time with Dr. Samuel Thomas. He completed the paperwork I needed for a job and even gave a nice gift! It meant a lot to me to be able to get everything done in a timely manner so I really appreciate Dr. Thomas and all of the staff!

I am so very pleased with Western Dental!!! Thank God for a professional, caring, skillful staff in an emergency! Highly recommend this office and I love my results.

Called made an appointment for a dental emergency was waiting days for my appointment when they called and canceled on me saying they don't have a dentist that works there. Needless to say im not to happy about they.

Was told they accepted medicaid, called to make an appointment was given a time that they weren't even open at was rescheduled later in the day then told they didn't accept medicaid even though it says they do

My experience here was extremely poor from start to finish. Before I arrived, I called to ensure I had an appointment slot, so I would not be waiting around for the dentist and cleaning because I needed to get back to work quickly. They confirmed I had an appointment and would be seen right away. It took them 45 minutes to call me back and complete the x-rays. X-rays are never pleasant, however, here it is a whole new level of unpleasantness. I finally made it back to the chair, and the dentist took another 15 minutes. He looked in my mouth for all of 2 seconds, pushed on one tooth, declared I have 4 cavities and need a prescription for my gums. I asked what the prescription is for, and he said, "it is just something you need as you get older". I am 26 and have only had 1 cavity my whole life. The office is covered in marketing for this prescription gum medication. By this point, I had decided no one in that office is touching my mouth. The hygienist said they could clean my teeth in about 30 minutes and take care of the cavities, they handed me a estimate for $750. I walked out and called a new dentist. New dentist confirmed my gums are in excellent condition and I need no fillings. This dentist does not care about your dental health. Seriously, stay away.

Decent care but some unnecessary fillings. Had 15 fillings done here and finally tried another place. Was told some of the fillings looked unneeded and could've been patched instead of ground down and filled. Also fillings had overhangs that make it difficult to floss (floss catches on fillings) and also contribute to further gum and cavity issues since it traps in food from being trapped in from the overhangs. Friendly enough staff, but I feel a bit taken advantage of with the amount of work done to me, felt like more of a paycheck than actual concern and care for my teeth.

In n out, got all the info I need, willing to work with me, got me a reasonable price for dentures process, and I'm happy and ready to start these process, good service, very helpful, it's a happy place, I will always recommend to my friends and family. This is my first time being Western Dental patient, so far good, no complaints.
