This team is the best! Upon entering, the atmosphere is welcoming, everyone is kind and knowledgeable. There's no judgement or shaming of any sort. The folks at Plymouth General Dentistry will do anything possible to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Never would I imagine using the word 'compassionate' when it comes to describing a dentist. Being a child of the 50's I do not have very good memories of dental visits. I would go to the point of saying I have anxiety just thinking about having any type of procedure done. I started going to Plymouth General Dentistry a year ago. Dr. Kirschner and her staff take the time necessary to make sure everything they are doing is explained completely, answer all questions you have, and proceed when you as the patient are comfortable. I was even asked throughout my procedure if I was doing okay. The level of professionalism was beyond my highest expectations. A clean, inviting environment and positive, smiling employees, told me I had chosen the right dentist and practice! I've now had procedures as simple as an exam and x-rays all the way to crowns and each visit I feel more comfortable. Dr. Kirschner is a true professional in her field, and the kindness, loyalty, and compassion she gives her patients is limitless. I strongly recommend this practice!

Dr. Kirschner and her staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. I am greeted as soon as I walk through the door. I also appreciate the amenities that are offered to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. K does great work and I would recommend Plymouth General Dentistry to anyone.

Dr. K is absolutely wonderful! I was seen by her after a not so pleasant experience with my regular dentist, and couldn’t be any happier. She came highly recommended and I understand why! "It's never too late to have a happy childhood"...at the dentist! I'm ashamed to admit it but I'm still, at my more 'mature' age, a nervous wreck when preparing for my time in the dentist's chair. Sweaty palms, tunnel vision, trying to find excuses to cancel...all of it. My childhood experiences in the dentist's office were full of cavities, shaming and tears. Not exactly a set-up for success or motivation in finding a dentist with whom I felt comfortable as an adult. Fast forward 'several' years and through lots of thorough but 'self'-dental maintenance I decided it was time to get back into the official oral health game. Upon the sound advice of friends and loved ones I dragged myself to the doors of Plymouth General Dentistry. From the registration desk to the patient's chair, they let me vent about my experiences and share my concerns, took me seriously and talked me through each step of the process, checking in on my comfort level as they worked! Aside from the easy conversation and comfort checks my hygienist, Alison, shared with me, the thing I most appreciated about my interactions with Dr. Kirschner and her team was that when I had a question about something they would stop what they were doing and make eye contact with me, actively engaging in conversation and, most notably, in my experience. I left that office feeling like I'd been heard, that I was an important member of the team and actually, for the first time in my left, looking forward to my next check-up! Thank you PGD!

Plymouth General Denistry is amazing! They are very caring, flexible, clean, organized, and knowledgeable! I've had issues with my mouth lately but was able to go in today to get my crown and back a few hours later because I had something stuck in there....needless to say they took me right in to help me! My little daughter loved getting her teeth cleaned there as well!!
