Pearly Whites Dentistry

I had such a great experience during my visit. The staff was super nice especially the Hygienist Krystal. The dentist was very nice and informative. The front desk was also great helping with appointments and my insurance. Been discouraged about going to a dentist for a long time, I am so glad I went to Pearly Whites they made the whole experience great.

I've been coming here for nearly 5 years and I've always been treated excellently. Dr Jenn is terrific and an amazing Doctor. And all the hygienists are amazing. ALWAYS A GREAT experience. My son loves to see Dr. Jenn.

I have had my braces applied by this office and religiously attend my monthly wire adjustment appointments and I must say that every appointment has been nothing but a pleasant and wonderful experience! I used to have ‘dental office phobia’ and I’d always be afraid to go for my annual cleaning. But with this office and it’s amazing staff, there is absolutely not a thing to worry about! They’re are all awesome and have made me feel super comfortable whether it be my billing matters, my teeth, or my scheduling matters, everyone helps me and seem to be very nice and warm. I’m actually excited for my cleaning next month even with my braces being tightened! No fear here! And it’s super kid friendly, I wish I could’ve come here when I was little! THANK YOU PEARLY WHITES STAFF! You all rock!!

Just moved to BH and decided to find a local dental office for my children to go to. The receptionist and the assistant who cleaned my kids teeth were great. However, the dentist was terrible. She came in while the assistant was still cleaning 1 of my kids teeth. She did not greet us , she did not introduce herself, she did not say anything to my children or I. She simply took a look at their teeth, talked to the assistant and left. I assumed she would be back to tell me how their teeth were, or if they would need any work done. My oldest is 9, I have been taking him to dentist since he was one year old, I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism from his former dentist and doctors. Unfortunately due to COVID , my both kids didn’t go see a dentist for a year. End up the my oldest one will need work done, which the dentist never bother to tell. Terrible experience, I will find a new dentist for my kids. I’m the customer who will never be back, who will never bring her kids, and who will never refer this placa.
talking to my aunt about this situation, she told me that she used to take her daughter there as well, but she left because the stuff is rude and money hungry, that her daughter’s new dentist was surprised with all unnecessary dental work she got done. Which was the exactly the same thing my next door neighbor told you. Terrible place, never again.

They have a very modernized facility with bright, friendly colors that will make your visit very comforting! Waiting room is spacious with multiple TV's and light, upbeat music. On top of that, you can help yourself to a nice hot cup of coffee, or tea!

Front desk receptionists are always welcoming, funny, and smiling! They will make sure that you are taken care of right away!

Most importantly though, the communication here is clear and direct! They will provide you with everything you need to address or prevent any dental issues that may arise, while giving you the education needed to be more proactive in the future!

This location is nothing short of perfect!

This was my son’s first visit. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Also, my son said they were gentile. The doctor is very accommodating. We went for a routine cleaning. He also needed sealants. The doctor gave us the option to have it done today or come back. We stayed, it was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!

They were quick, efficient and very friendly with my daughter

I have a lower pain threshold and was apprehensive about my teeth cleaning. To my surprise, I was made to feel very comfortable with the laughing gas. I had never used it before, but once it was administered I felt at ease and even appreciated the soothing comforts of soft music, the comedy playing on the ceiling tv and and the constant checking if I were ok by my dentist and his assistant. The vibrant colors, the kid's treatment and play areas along with a friendly and professional staff, add to the positive experience of this family dental practice.

I had a great adult braces experience here. Everyone is nice and helpful but the wait could be a little long sometime. Would recommend this place to anyone

Excellent service!! You smell clean as soon as the slide doors open. Not only do they attend you as soon as you take your coat off but the dentist gets right to work as you enter the room. My toddler is a crier they had so much patience with her Thank you for the great service
