My 20 month son went here to see the dentist for the first time, on recommendation from our pediatrician. The COVID precautions made us feel comfortable and they were great with our little one who really hasn’t been in public since the pandemic started. The teeth cleaning was quick and painless. The dental hygienist and dentist took their time explaining things and were patient with questions. Great first experience!

Awesome staff that really know what they're doing with little ones. My 3 year old enjoyed the experience so much, he asked when he can go back. I'm thrilled that my kids won't grow up afraid of the dentist like I did.

This is the first time visiting this office and I can honestly say I had visited a couple of dental offices in the pass and it was nothing compared to this office, the atmosphere is so inviting and warm also the comfort and the ability to be able to change your phone is I PLUS, not to mention the amazing staff. If I could have given this office a 20 star ✳️ rating I definitely would.

We have been going Pearly White for 10 years for my daughter. Our last visit for a clean up was a disappointment. The hygienist spent less than 5 mins on my daughter teeth and she needed a major cleaning especially with braces. All she did was poke around my daughters’ mouth and did a little polish. I feel like We were rush out of there. We spent more time waiting than having her teeth clean. Very disappointed!

Both my son and I go to Pearly Whites and the entire experience is always great! We are always welcomed by friendly staff and taken in right away so we are not there any longer than an hour. My son is 5 and he never feels afraid to be seen as the staff always makes sure he feels comfortable and safe. The environment is very clean and the decor is extremely friendly for children so it doesn’t even seem like you’re at the dentist. Staff is also very knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable to ask questions. All in all, great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, very clean environment.. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The office is unusually disorganized. I once came for my 8 am appointment and waited half an hour because the front desk person did not have the key to the office. At my first appointment, the office did not have the X-rays from my previous dentist and I had to reschedule the appointment. You receive daily text reminders, starting a week in advance, and multiple phone call reminders. Our child underwent dental surgery and they forgot to perform everything they previously recommended.

I recently had a appointment with my child for the cleaning and the person who cleaned my daughters teeth was not professional in her job. She splashed water all over my daughter's face and was not careful. That woman needs more training and needs to know how to treat kids.
