WOW—let me start by saying that I love my dentist, Dr. Lantz @ Perfect Teeth/Four Hills. With that being said, I have to exclaim the professionalism, friendliness, comfort & care which Dr. King and all of her team not only showed me but I witnessed them extending to everyone while I was there.
WOW—talk about remarkable customer service & care! I’m incredibly impressed with and grateful for the personalized, dedicated & devoted care they gave me. I had a filling crack open on a molar which had to be prepared for root canal & crown—so yes, quite a procedure; however, it was done brilliantly and without incident. It’s been almost a week now and I’m fully recovered and grateful—Dr. King is an expert of her craft and her work is nothing short of phenomenal.
On the personal side of things, Dr. King is the epitome of genuine dedication & care—she truly takes care of her patients. Dr. King extends sincere understanding for why we’ve come to her and she listens—all while personally staying involved in the comfort & care throughout your time in “the chair”... by the way, I love those chairs!
Dr. King and her team are outstanding—not only delivering superior customer service & care but also allowing her personality (and the personalities of all who work alongside her) to shine through! She has a way of putting someone at ease and providing reassurance that you’re in the most skilled set of hands in all of Albuquerque.
Rest assured, should I ever need a root canal or crown, to Dr. King’s office I will go! She is not only extremely skilled but she is also a delightful person. We shared not only personal stories of knowing some of the same people but also shared many laughs—who laughs in a dentist office while laid back in a dentist chair? Ummmm, this girl! 🙋🏼♀️ There’s no doubt she thought “I’ve got a live one here,” ha!
I simply cannot emphasize, underscore or exclaim enough that Dr. King and her teammates are experts in all that they do!
I am so very thankful that my dentist referred me to Dr. King... I’m grateful beyond belief!

Waited over an hour in the room to be seen by the dentist. When she finally showed up, she checked my gums but not my teeth, while the benefits coordinator was adding the cost of the things to see what their profit would be, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND MY BROTHER. Dentist said that I have gum disease and left, still didn't check my teeth. The benefits coordinator then pressured me to spend $300 out of pocket for gum treatment. This was ONE DAY after seeing one of the best orthodontists in the state, who said my gums were fine. I had to make sure over three times that she wasn't going to charge me for something that I didn't want, since she kept just trying to get me to sign that I would pay. I then got a topical cleaning (what kind of dentist checks teeth before the cleaning??). My room did not feel clean. They did not seem knowledgable. Will never go back. & a second opinion said that my gums were fine. Maybe in the future, this office should care about their patients instead of profit.
Additionally, they were conveniently having 'technical difficulties' when I tried to submit this on their customer satisfaction survey. I tried three times.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. King and her staff. I've never had a more thorough exam/cleaning as a new patient! I have regular check-ups, and I've always thought they had the most advanced technology available. There is so much technology in this office, it was intimidating! Dr. King walked me through every x-ray and exam step, so there was no anxiety whatsoever. I was not strongarmed into upgrades, and I walked out under $100.

After cleaning my teeth, Dental Asst. Asked me if I had certain diseases like diabetes, heart disease and several other things to which I said no.....I didn't think anything of it til later. Was there something about my mouth she should have educated me about? Instead I got 20 questions. I didn't feel it was very professional. Everyone is cordial. I really didn't feel that they cared...IDK...my experience and thoughts.

Doesn't accept medicaid insurance. Not helpful when it comes to helping find alternative solutions. Unhelpful in almost every way financial wise. Decent dentist

Unfortunately, you'll "need" more dental work than you can imagine. June 2014, Dr. David King diagnosed a need for me to get 3 (maybe 4) crowns - see dental record pics. Red on tooth chart indicates "need" for crowns for $3,135.00. Many dental checkups with outside experts...and 3 years later....NOT ONE SINGLE confirmation of Dr. King's recommendation! How curious. No need *at all* for any crowns. Better yet: no crowns at all. Patients beware of any treatment recommendations ---- or simply say an unnecessary GOODBYE to your healthy, natural teeth.
