Legacy Dental

It’s was a great experience, the staff was very helpful and showed interest in what I wanted. It was a personalized experience to say the least!

My son was terrified to be at the dentist today for his first cleaning. My daughter gladly traded him with her appointment time so she could show him that it wasn't going to hurt and that everything would be fine. Full blown tears holding me telling me he wanted to go home. He gladly watched his sister. The dental assistant, Ciara, as well as the dentist, Dr. Anderson, at legacy dental we're so patient with him. I absolutely love legacy dental. Shout out to them and their fantastic service. Jonah sat through his appointment and got a toy at the end of his visit and Ary felt like a superstar big sister, which she is.

I am one of those people that don’t like the dentist. I had some bad habits in my younger years and now I’m paying the price with dental work. I have been to quite a few dentists over the last year working on a plan for my choppers and each one of them has made me feel horrible for not taking care of my teeth. That all changed with Legacy Dental. Everyone in the office is genuinely kind and focused on what can be done and not what has happened. I’m so grateful I walked through the door to try them out. I am no longer nervous and anxious to see he dentist. Dr: Lines and the entire staff is amazing! Try them out! You won’t regret it!

Just the best staff!! Super friendly folks that listen to your concerns and treat you as a person instead of just another patient.

Dr. Lines and his staff have been amazing. As someone that suffers from severe anxiety with dentists I’ve struggled with finding a dentist for quite a while. However with the sedation dentistry that Legacy Dental has, it’s allowed me to get all of my work done, without the anxiety. I have since been to legacy a dozen times and I have not one single complaint. I plan to stay with Legacy indefinitely.

So two stars because of the general uncomfortable environment due to the office staff not the dental work.
The dentist my daughter saw was actually quite good-kind, gentle, friendly, knowledgeable and my daughter got very good care. I’d give HIM ALONE 5 stars.
HOWEVER.....
The front office receptionist was quite a different story. She would receive 1 star.
When your child is in pain and you want a comfortable environment it is so disappointing to have such an unpleasant environment from a catty rude generally snobby and unfriendly receptionist that I unfortunately will look for another dentist for myself as there are too many dentists for a good dentist staff to be so rude to their customers (simply for not replying to an already confirmed text-seriously do extremely busy people have nothing better to do than to keep confirming already confirmed appointments?!?! Isn’t that the POINT of making the first APPOINTMENT?!)
Sad as I really liked this dentist and had already referred him to family and friends.
Long story short-good dental care but a terrible front desk presence.
If you don’t mind beyond rude service for otherwise good care-Legacy is the right dentist.

First off I would like to express my gratitude for the complete blessing I received by choosing Legacy Dental as my provider. I recently relocated to Albuquerque from Denver and needed multiple issues with my teeth to be addressed. During my two visits to date everyone I have come in contact with have had smiles and genuine interest in not only my needs but my day in general. From the greeting at the door from the receptionists to the treatment from Dr. Anderson and his amazing assistants my experiences have been exceptional, honestly above and beyond what I was expecting or hoping for. I went in hopeful, and left both times telling my significant other and friends how impressed and thankful I was for them. I am just beginning the process of things I need to take care of but couldn’t be happier knowing that it will be with them and in their hands! Thank You once again Legacy Dental and your entire staff!!

I have ever only been to one dentist, since childhood. I recently relocated from Florida and found Legacy! Great experience. All the staff is super friendly. Glad I was able to find an amazing new dentist office! Felicia, "my" dental hygienist is THE BEST!

This was my first visit and I had a very positive experience with superb professionalism and customer service. I've never felt more comfortable in a dental office anywhere else. I had an hour and a half appointment which included X-rays and cleaning. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I had a reminder text of my appointment before I arrived. I texted I'm here when I arrived and they notified me to come in shortly after all via text/ online check in. I arrived approximately 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was seen immediately upon arriving and my procedure started. Couldn't be more happy. I applaud the entire dental staff for all their hard work in making this place nothing but the best!

Being new to the area it hard to find a new dentist but Legacy dental came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They have a very friendly staff. They worked efficiently and did a great job on my teeth cleaning. The Dr. Anderson is very nice and very extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this dental office.
